Easy campaign planning and execution
What do you like best about the product?
Robust capabilities, simple to use, supportive teams and community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data ingestion/consumption can get expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audience segmentation. Braze is helping us communicate with audiences more intentionally.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitiveness and the detailed documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality I've seen with competitors but not with braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segment extentions are incredible, but the cap feels a little limting. A bit more would allow for a lot more experimentation
Easy to use with great features for your strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is able to integrate complex features and integrations in a very interactive and easy to use way. It is the perfect ally to generate cross channel customer journeys!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow to load sometimes and it can be a bit frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
The Braze team is vision oriented and is in a constant state of evolution and ideation. This is demonstrated through their impressive client portfolio and the relevancy in the product features they offer. This sets Braze apart as a credible industry leader especially at a time where marketers need additional guidance on how to stand out for the customer, from competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
As vision oriented as Braze is, there is a gap when it comes down to actual service. Speaking from a current experience of working with Braze in the day to day, as a large scale client, we've received junior level support. This makes it challenging to contribute to long term trust as we don't get new guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is removing a list of known roadblocks in our day to day process.

Flexibility and ease of use. It also provides out of box features which are advanced

There are AI tools in the market which do a lot more with contextual data than Braze does at the moment

The ability to get granular and be extremely versatile to improve meeting consumer's where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited ability to get as granular with measuring a variety of outcomes across a variety of paths, time points, and creating versatile segments that are adaptable in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be versatile and innovative to understand where customers are at and adapting to their needs through personalized campaigns.
Robust platform that accelerates innovation and growth
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a really robust platform with a lot of innovative capabilities that drive innovation and growth as well as very supportive product development and customer success team, that even listens to the little guy. New channels, use of AI and mature data management capabilities are the strong points of Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is lacking a bit with user access management and control mecanisms when working in a multi-brand workspace. Users are exposed with segments, templates, canvases and creatives of all other brands, and controlling message delivery to specific apps. Luckily these problems are already being addressed and solutions being designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross channel marketing and managin user experiences across our brands in both offline and online (mobile) channels

Use-case first thinking with product development together with great support and feedback process.

Possibility of using liquid to populate catalogs would bring more flexibility to use-case solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The relationship we have with Braze is what I like most. When we need help they are always there to help us. We have a great relationship with that is 3 years in the making and looking forward to growing more with them.

I really have nothiing negative to say about Braze.

Braze has allowed us to send targeted messages to our customers at the right time.
