What do you like best about the product?
Getting the required information for us who works as a customer support representatives to help resolve the issue of the customer and it also contributes to our knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything that Brazed cannot help us with. Everything that we needed can be found on Braze, even the smallest details required to fulfill our job as a customer service representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware that there are problems that Braze is currently facing, but I do believe that this can easily be resolved by Technical Team who works non-stop for the improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas are the best thing about Braze. Although they do take time to set up and need to be tested thoroughly - it is worth it! Everything just flows!
What do you dislike about the product?
You run into unexpected outcomes very frequently. Constant attention needs to be given to analytics tools that are integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that helps us address is user engagement. With the right data insights, braze will help you have higher retention rates.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently switched to Braze (from CleverTap) as our CRM platform, and we are incredibly impressed with its capabilities thus far. The dashboard is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for the team to quickly get up to speed on how to use the platform.

One of the standout features of Braze is its robust customer segmentation capabilities. It allows us to easily create targeted campaigns and personalise messaging, which has helped us to engage effectively with our customers.

In addition to its robust functionalities, Braze also has excellent customer support. Whenever we have had a question or encountered an issue, the support team has been quick to respond and has always been able to help resolve it. The service provided by the Customer Success Team is second to none - Mark and Chloe couldn't be better!

Overall, we are delighted with Braze as our new CRM platform and would highly recommend it to other businesses looking to improve their customer engagement and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far, we have not had any issues with the platform - There has been minimal downtown or complications compared to our previous platform which continuously caused problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us connect and personalise our content to our database with a simple and effective platform that allows us to get campaigns at speed helping us drive revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
All the context related to mobile apps messages (i.e. in app/content cards/push notifications)
Great product support team and fast response timings and as well an awesome partenrship collaboration leveraging strategic forum discussions to enable the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited access to its API. It is decently wide, but for a company this size it has been the same for too long - impossible to fully automate end to end campaign set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps integrating and customazing mobile apps content with limited development effort and with no help needed from tech team to launch new campaings.
Helps also bringing under the same product all CRM related campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is not difficult to utilize and offers a large number of potential outcomes. Moreover, robotization makes it simple to run investigations and tests. It is simple and natural to fabricate crowds, pull code blocks and formats, and even review test gadgets in the stage to guarantee no breaks are happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the best and, I can't find or see any issue with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze offers an all-in-one solution to do CRM smoothly and in an automated way, which benefits a lot of work in a short time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn something new from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the system analyses the data. I will be happy if can receive automatic reports of the pros and cons of my campaigns. Especially on the canvases.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is a very user-friendly platform.
It is very easy and intuitive to build campaigns, and the platform has many great set-up and personalisation options.
It is also great that they are working on new functionalities and layout of the platform (update view of canvas etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think support in some urgent cases is a bit slow, so maybe this is something to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate to our customers using our app channels in a very quick and easy way

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use and offers a wide range of possibilities. Additionally through automations it makes it easy to run experiments and tests. In addition Braze support as well as our key account manager and technical support manager are super fast in responding to all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical issues here and there, which aren't fixed as fast as we would like to have it. Some areas of improvement are not tackled at the moment like having the possiblitily to set up a Control group for multichannel campaigns, especially when the two channels in a campaign are iOS and android, which would prevent you from setting up two campaigns for each platform separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze offers a all-in-one solution to do CRM smoothly and in an automated way, which benefits our users immensely in getting all the info they require to make an informed decision.

Great canvas flows to support complex, personalised user journeys

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of canvas flow to build personalised user journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of canvas flow compared to classic canvas editor should be highlighted more in the feature e.g. users automatically exit the canvas when they reach the last step in a canvas, unless lots of delays are added in. This means if you want to add to your journey you need to duplicate the canvas or create additional ones that are linked to.

Braze is missing some really basic features like auto save. It also logs out often. This can delete hours of work on cavases and campaigns.

Braze does not enable you to turn an email that has been created in a canvas/campaign into a template, or transfer emails from a canvas to a campaign and vice versa without downloading and reuploading as a HTML version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending personalised communications to users based on unique attributes or custom events.
