Growing customer base
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a wide range of products/features that allow companies to target various people and keep them engaged as long-term customers. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful in creating strategies to grow a customer base, including identifying the best features to use to maximise this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze can be a bit overwhelming for the initial set-up of some features, particularly for those who don't have a technical background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer/subscriber base was stagnant for a bit, but Braze provided multiple solutions on how to grow and maintain this.

Great UI/UX.
What do you like best about the product?
Campaign set up and logics are straightforward and easy to understand. On top of it, the Braze support team is simply brilliant in answering questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report builder could be enhanced and customised further. We launch approx 800 campaigns in a month but do not get the data for unsubscribes for email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to launch and edit multiple campaigns, see analytics and make changes accordingly. This has helped us a lot in reaching out to the end user.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Canvas flow (automation) are cumbersome and not easy to bilk-edit or change on a large scale
- Technical implementation can be challenging for small teams with a limited data setup

Braze Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use. It is easy to understand. The how to Braze videos are really helpful. Also our Braze assistant is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a campaign is launched you cannot go back and delete it unless you archive the campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send user notifications whenever we want. We are able to schedule notifications for a year from now even helping to plan.
I love Braze! Best ESP I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze is always coming out with features to help the customer experience and provides a lot of learning capabilities to further my understanding of marketing and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit steep so its not great for smaller companies. Integrating Braze is also kind of difficult since it has so many technical parts. Non tech people may have a hard time navigating the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping with customer engagement and segmentation. I'm able to identify my customers much easier on Braze than on any other platform, and I'm able to reach out to them accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer lifecycle journeys enable detailed navigation based on user attributes and behaviour. One of the functions that makes Braze stand out as a marketing automation tool is the Canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, Braze becomes slower over time. Long canvases (40+ days) could get quite hard to edit and adjust. There are also some limitations when it comes to segmentation, there's a small limit to the number of segment extensions that could be live at a given time; those are an extra layer of detail that help target users based on specific behaviour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time segment estimation gives a lot of flexibility in discovering certain customer behaviours, which is extremely helpful for identifying market opportunities.
Superb platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how straight forward it is to use and how superb the UI looks, You guys took alot of care in making this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly i couldn't find a dark mode and sometimes uploads take longer than usual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly sending canvases is the best thing available, as i do not use it extensivley thats my knowledge of it

Ease of use, makes things very easy to implement and manage as compared to SFMC
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of query functionality and developer tools. Unlike salesforce, where you can write an sql query to get answers, it is not possible in braze.

Email, push, in app and sms marketing
Really enjoy the available trainings and support offered by the Braze team!

The online training offered, Braze Bonfire forum and the user-friendly front of the tool are really time-saving and allowing us to unlock new improvements and develop new strategies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing yet; I need to keep exploring to discover more about the tool to ensure we're using all opportunities available to reach our company's objective!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easiness of the dynamic logic implementation, canvas flow and communicating via different channels simultaneously as been saving us lots of production hours!
