Braze has been instrumental in enabling our team to hit our business goals
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and intuitive interface, expansive insights, ease of implementation of new channels based on business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support response timing can often lag for days, communication around new features is confusing, ability to create and use templates is limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to scale digital marketing campaigns and iterate on them based on the insights provided to further improve effectiveness.

User Engagement with Braze: A Real Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Persoanlly for me Braze's combination of both robust personalization and segmentation capabilities really stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly for customer engagement and retention through personalized messaging.
Marketing Made Easier: Braze Delivers Power and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to the Braze platform from SFMC over a year ago and have found it to be so much easier to use to execute our marketing messaging. Here's where we found the advantages:
Personalization/Segmentation: Where Braze really stands out is in its ability to segment audiences in highly granular ways. Using a combination of behavioral, custom attribute, and location data, I can create very specific audience segments that ensure our messages reach the right people at the right time.
Omnichannel Capabilities: Braze excels in its ability to execute omnichannel campaigns. We can seamlessly coordinate across channels like email and in-app messaging, all within one platform. The unified messaging experience for users has helped us to reach customers via email or on our site. In addition, we can also leverage Braze for our social media audiences and messaging, whether building lookalike or exclusion audiences for targeting.
Flexible Integrations: Integrating Braze with our existing tech stack was relatively smooth. It also allows for other integrations, like Segment CDP, data warehouses, and many other third-party tools.
Customer Support: Braze’s support team is knowledgeable and responsive. Additionally, they provide comprehensive resources such as webinars, documentation, and best practices guides that have helped us make the most of the platform. We've also leveraged the online community for asking questions and getting answers.

What do you dislike about the product?
No software platform is without its challenges. Some areas we've cited for improvement are:
Currents (contract limitations) - in order to get the full reporting insights and data inflow/outflow to support our reporting and targeting, we'd need to spend a lot more money on additional Currents flows (only one Currents is included).
Design/Engineering overhead - some features, like the in-app messages and content cards, can require a heavier lift from engineering and design support, which presents a bottleneck for our projects and ability to rapidly excecute campaigns.
Intuitive, but to a point - While the platform is incredibly powerful, some of the advanced features, like like campaign triggers, data integrations, or automation rules, require a bit of a learning curve, especially for those new to marketing automation (our junior or newbie staffers) . More guidance for advanced use cases would be helpful.

Inability to create own landing pages and custom attribute taking data points

I can create customer journey with much more faster rate + event trigger base marketing is now becoming more real and imp.
Difficult with coding but overall user friendly and exciting with all the possibilityies

not having to import data, it's already in there. great templating so I can create emails pretty quickly

Lots of very useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Braze makes it easy to target specific customer groups with personalized messages that drive engagement. The flexibility to integrate with other tools is also a huge plus—it makes everything feel seamless and efficient. We use webhooks quite a lot to feed data back to Braze and it works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to attribute campaign performance directly to campaigns in Braze without doing additional, deeper analysis outside the platform. Overall, Braze reporting can be difficult, especially when multiple campaigns are running across multiple regions/countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deliver personalised messaging to customers via different channels in more than 15 countries.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation aspect of the email campaigns is a functionality that far exceeds the ability of competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation and the uploading of data could be streamlined more efficiently.

Selling tickets to our events and following up customers that haven't converted with the automation options.
First time using Braze!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to follow and components are easily navigated and structured

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely easy to pick up for anyone who has familiarity with similar platforms. The userface is intuitive, and canvases are very visual which makes it easy to understand other users' set ups. I was lucky in my work with Braze to have excellent customer success managers, who offered great guidance and support in using the product to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I particularly disliked about Braze, however there were areas where I can see room for future updates. User experience could be improved in terms of organisation of canvases. We heavily used tags but it wasn't always easy to find where things were kept. As you're working on bigger clients, it can become very difficult to organise canvases, content blocks, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use braze to fulfil all our CRM requirements and fulfil client objectives, and most of the time it supports us well in doing so
