What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy for people to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases are a little hacky and still dependent upon development resources for maximizing value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to create multi-step user journeys which allows us to get things set up quickly and move to experimentation faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. I'm very knew to the world of Engagement and Braze has made my onboarding simple, quick, and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of options! There are a thousand ways to solve any challenge. Knowing how to identify the right solve for your buisness can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliable, quick delivery of messages to Customers. Helps to boost conversion and frequency.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a beautiful UI for developers and marketers alike. Constant inovation will leave you with new channels constantly being developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has so many features it can be overwhelming for new users.
It only functions if you can feed it data so company buy in and IT support is required to get off the ground
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating marketing materials the clients are more likely to read and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy with all the advancements and forward thinking ideas that Braze brings to the email marketing space. We able to use detailed data on our donors to target and follow up as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is missing some of the more simple feature like resending without have to copy campaign. Or, turning campaigns into templates. My biggest issue is that data is lost after 6 months. If you are not regularly moving data to an external platform, you are losing valuable data. Braze sometimes feels like it's for companies with large pockets and not for those with limited resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite feature is the AI and the intelligent timing feature. I'm able to send at the time that they are most likely to open. My main metric is Open Rates on the Internal Communication side of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is easy to pick up but there are endless things to master. Braze is also very quick to adapt new technologies and has amazing customer support teams that are always on the front foot helping users to access and start using new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels clunky jumping around from canvas to canvas but a lot of this has been remedied recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us to provide our users with an engaging and personalised lifecycle

No Auto Save has cuased me to lose some work.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility within the platform to create unique experiences for any industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a small team of 1 person, even with all the innovations available, you will still find yourself overwhelmed sometimes with all the offering within the platform. Much room for missed opportunities if time isnt available to constantly educate yourself about changes to Braze interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping to merge the gaps that are present for a person with no background in Marketing prior to filling my new role at my company. As someone with no background of experience in coding or email marketing this platform have brought me up to speed in a very short amount of time vs. going back to school to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
There are always new features being added and trainings available. Email templates are easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many single-use names that do not carry to other programs, making it difficult to always convey what you're trying to do for non-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host a lot of live events and the triggered emails and SMS used for reminders and follow-ups are great.
