What do you like best about the product?
The Canvas flow - it is super easy to build a user journey - you can easily overview the steps, and you can't miss an uncompleted or wrongly setup step as the system is going to flag it to you and won't let you release it until you update it accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when more people have a certain canvas/campaign open (which can easily happen in a bigger team and with a bigger project), the recently added changes might not be updated to the item
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot when specifying our target audience when it comes to our conversion communications. With its intelligent timing feature, it helps us to reach users at their best and most active time slots - so we can get closer to our desired conversion target

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows for all Marketing to be done in the same place using many touch points, including Email, SMS, Push, and in app Content Cards & Newsfeeds. The Canvases and Campaigns available will allow any user to create the right path for every type of customer. The segmenting feature is critical in pinpointing the ideal customer to receive the correct Marketing content. The Braze Learning and Documentation in Resources is crucial to supporting the creation of campaigns and troubleshooting issues. Lastly, the speed of Braze Support response after ticket submission allows the team to quickly resolve issues so we never miss an opportunity to engage with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Canvas view made adjusting the many steps in a canvas slightly complicated. Thankfully, Braze has now migrated over to Canvas Flow tool, which simplifies the entire Canvas creation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze positions itself to ingest all pertinent customer data (attributes, demographics, etc.) that is then easily accessible to be used to target customer segments. By having all customer data in a centralized place, it allows for quick campaign and canvas setup. Additionally, the metrics and statistics readily available for all customer communications make identifying issues quick.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to empower non-engineer teams to spin up communication. Experimentation on messaging and different communication types. .
What do you dislike about the product?
Blockers are not fully defined during implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving for our messaging gap.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very advanced platform that allows for more personalization than the average ESP. It's only been a month since I started using the platform, so the many learning resources available were super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation within the platform can be a little hard to navigate. Additionally, the fact that messages are not auto-saving as I go is frustrating- I've lost hours worth of work because of this the first time I set up an email because the whole time I thought it was auto-saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily reaching out to all segments in a personalized way and not just batching and blasting. Braze has a good way of determining opportunities for those we haven't reached out to.

What do you like best about the product?
The training sessions as well as having all the Braze partners in one room. It was easy to discuss and there was a nice variety of guest and presentations around business of all shapes and sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The space was a bit hard to navigate. The app would update the times of the events in real time but if you didn't reload the page it would still show you the old time so that was a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a good CDP partner as well as a firm to help us review our tech stack and strategy. I also got to play with the platform a lot more and get familiar with some of the new releases coming soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to reach customers on the channels of their preference. The level of attainable personalization and real-time capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to move Canvases and Campaigns from a Dev App Group into Prod. The inability to write queries to look at data in a "list" format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves for "in the moment" marketing and its integration to Web and Mobile make it very powerful for increasing our client's profitability.

Very easy to use and the user guides / Braze lab are a great way to develop skills and find answers in your own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on data and exporting could be made clearer, usually requires a lot of editing to make the data visibly clear and appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Further development on IAM and deeplinking, this is helping to improve our IAM strategy and overall customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent platform for notifying and sending notifications to your customers and prospects. You can automate a lot of complex user journeys using canvas flows, which is the best part. Seamless integration with multiple Martech stacks is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a lot of data flow over time, the tool might feel slow at times. Also, while editing the campaigns or canvas, it does not autosave anything, so if you missed saving, your effort is lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving my customer engagement and retention usecase. I can engage my customers using Push, Email, In-app, SMS etc. At the same time, I can create reports and dashboards to have a clear visibility of my user behaviour.
