What do you like best about the product?
Love how user-friendly the UX is. And also Braze is always keep improving their product which keeps things exciting and allows for new ideas and improved ways of working
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. Sometimes the app freeze and is giving unexpected errors but it's not happening often so nothing that needs pointing out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping creating smart customer journeys

What do you like best about the product?
the streamlined campaign creation process and the swift customer success team
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor features and settings need improvement, such as setting company-wide sendout limit for email

It helps you to retarget already acquired users (cheaper than acquiring new users) and gives you the proper toolkit to retain them in the most relevant way.

What do you like best about the product?
- How sophisticated we can be when building the Lifecycle flows in Braze canvases.
- Email drag and drop
- Multichannel approach in single campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have:
- Better, more comprehensive reporting and be less dependent on the Data Science Team
- More predictions models, though Braze already has Churn and Purchase prediction models
- Some minor UX fixes
- Custom modals already integrated as templates next to native ones to have less dependency from Engineering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our product on Web and iOS and AND, and with the help of Braze we easily do cross-platform communication via all channels - push, modal, email, content cards.

Powerful platform with an easy learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
Braze's UI has to be one of the platform's most valuable assets. With Braze I can get an intern in here and train them on basic email/messaging construction in a matter of days, maybe a week tops. They have a host of integrations that make automation and segmenting your user base a breeze. If you have an idea for how to reach your users with owned media, Braze likely has a solution - I've yet to encounter something that I've wanted to do on email, sms, push, and been unable to create a campaign around that concept. The powers of this tool are more limited to your imagination rather than its own limitations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple things seem to fall through the cracks in their platform. IE if you have a draft campaign that you want the devs to test out in the staging environment, there is no way to duplicate that campaign from your production drafts into the staging environment. If you change a daily campaign's schedule to run on a day that it wasn't initially scheduled for, it will not send out the day you made the change - it will only start sending on that day the following week. However, things like this are small, and most have minor workarounds if you know how to navigate the platform. Additionally, their in-app analytics could use a lot of work. This doesn't matter too much, considering we have tracking tags and integrations with our BI tool linked up to everything, but for a quick analysis of a campaign's effectiveness, I usually find myself getting answers from another platform like Google Analytics or Looker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the issue that most people run into when their marketing stack gets to large - it consolidates owned media into one simple, easy-to-use platform. You can automate messaging, promotion, and transactions in Braze, saving you valuable time over competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
The most powerful feature is the ability to attach webhooks to emails and push notifications. This allowed us to tie in a voucher/offer to the recipient account only preventing frauds.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The user interface needs to be more intuitive
- Reporting feature is very limited and restricting. Many reports had to be created manually or multiple reports had to be combined for a complete picture of campaign performances
- Ability to track conversion is limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform allows all the CRM communications, email, push notifications, SMS and in-app banners. Giving cohesive and connected approach to campaigns. This allowed us to launch cohesive lifecycle comms for various segments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the canvas flow builder and the way multi-channel user/ activation journeys are built within Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting within Braze itself is not very flexible, but currents allow you to connect to a third party tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze reunites many different sofwares we used to run for our activation / CRM strategy. Having them in the same place allows us to build coherent user-journey and improve impact, reporting quality and ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas function is awesome, everything is possible and the only limit is your creativity
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always super user friendly at first. It gets a few weeks to really understand all features available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create really complex cross channels user journeys with many sub cases and complex logics.
And almost everything you can think of is doable

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas allows a huge freedome, especially the new canvas flow. (More clear and simple to use) The plateform has many liquid and personnalization possibilites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that is paintful to have only the user search one by one and not to be able to have an overview of the users.
Some technicals intergation are complicated for our data team. We have a complex business model (not selling product but services) and somethimes Braze is not fitting with our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge data base with different users profile (we are a marketplace platform : customers & tradespeople) so Braze allows to send emails to those targets with a better strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Great community. Incredible support. Constantly adding functionality. Allows me to use one tool instead of stacking a ton of separate ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve, but that just goes with any powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us message (and personalize messaging) to members through email, SMS, push, & in app messages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multichannel messaging and reporting capabilities. Everything from drag and drop templates and IAM messaging is also very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
No zooming in on the canvases, sadly. I also want better reports!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any messaging to segments is better than other CRM tools i've used like Emarsys and Mailchimp
