Low code, high efficiency marketing tool for the modern stack
What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team can self serve creating campaigns and messaging for our members. Modern stack that support mobile first companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging and escalating production issues with the Braze platform is not as streamlined as I would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze makes it easy to leverage multi-channel messaging in a single campaign, customizing the messaging for our different audiences.

Using Braze is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quick they are to resolve and questions/concerns. Also, in the past two years, I've seen a lot of change and innovation that has made it easier to navigate and use. My CSM team is excellent. The Braze education resources are really nice and often answer my questions, but sometimes the content can be a little confusing. My CSM helps me decode anything I need help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current reporting in Braze feels really clunky and difficult to sort through. I often have to export info and analyze it outside of the platform.
Also, I really dislike that unique reporting metrics are no longer unique after 14 business days. That makes no sense and makes it even more difficult to capture metrics.

The UI is very easy to use and intutive and the Braze team is always willing to help

allows me to orchestrate my campaigns across all of my channels in order to send the right message to the right person at the right time on the right channel

sending the right message to the right person at the right time on the right channel - cutting down the noise and increasing personalization
Powerful, user-friendly platform for engaging customers
What do you like best about the product?
Generally user friendly UI, supports numerous marketing channels and data ingestion sources, active user community and lots of product updates/releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain functionality (channels, data sources) require significant engineering/technical resources to implement and maintain, however that is largely true with any platform in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching our users at any point in their journey with us, and targeting them with personalized messages based off the data we have on them. Also, and importantly, Braze enables us to do this more quickly and in more complex and nuanced ways without relying on the technical resources that would be needed to execute similar marketing efforts in other, legacy platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing user friendly UI, future thinking, easy to optimize, great customer service and support, integrates with other applications easily and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
More complex data setup that does require marketing, data, and eng team to be aligned at inital setup.

Seamless custom journey experience through multi channels with optimization and best path capabilities at scale
