Braze should be a need, not a want at companies that want to successfully market to their consumers

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows our team to operate smoothly by automating push notifications, in-app messages, and emails. My favorite thing we have set up so far is our abandoned cart push notifications that include which merchant they started a checkout at!
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to use campaigns than canvass sometimes because I think the data tracks better, and its easier to send to different test groups but it is time-consuming when you have to create new campaigns for iOS vs Android, it would be easy we could just duplicate the campaign and then switch the platform to the other
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to seamlessly test different messages, designs, and price points. Since our Marketing team employee count was halved we have been even more productive in putting out content because of all the things we can do with Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
- Good response time of customer service team to queries
- Learning modules were intuitive and helpful
- Good functionality in terms of launching multi-channel campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
- Customization of in-app messaging is lacking, need to imrpove
- You cannot push campaigns from staging to production env, that is worying
- The cloud infrastructure setup could have been much better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping me create a strong email marketing program, and automating the campaigns. I can achieve more with a lean team, and this impacts my doenstream metrics of MAU, activation, monetization, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Throughout the whole CRM team we love how easy it is to build segments and address them to our customers via several message channels. Especially features like the Drag & Drop Editor to build emails and the intelligent sending options boost our daily business and improve KPI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reportings capabilities could be more detailled and the conversion attribution is not at the point we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the old CRM dream coming true: The right message at the right time via the right channel - Braze makes it happen!

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas, email personalization and integrating Braze with a lot of nice external tools is what makes it one of the best CRM solutions so far in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze sometimes limits some parameters and doesn't let it be configurable. Example: number of pushes sent per minute not less than 50

Braze is responsible for all transactional and non-transactional communications with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive. I had never worked with any platform of software to send pushes, but at the moment I started a few months back, I needed very little training and got started really quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the presets of Pacing. At some points, I would like to target fewer people or some intermediate values. Going from 50 to 100, to 500, to 1000. What if I wanted a more detailed experience? Target 850 pushes per minute, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us deliver pushes to users and keep track of information about the campaign's conversion. It's very handy to have all the information compiled into a report and even schedule it.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating intelligent communications, such as automation, can easily improve our rates and engagements. Also, understanding the world of things that braze has to enhance communication with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is hard to understand how to integrate with other programs, for example adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze really helps on how is the proper way to communicate with our base and is always making improvements at the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy interface and the advanced personalization. I have used the personalization tools to create a variety of campaigns — from personalization based on purchase history to their name to their account-type. It's really nice to have a platform that makes it easy to create campaigns that are engaging for your users. I also love that Braze comes out with new features often.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that you have to ask your CSM to enable for you on the account. I wish that 'beta' features were more visible or accessible to Braze users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Braze is solving are: onboarding new users, engaging with current users, and letting users know about new features, offers, and coupons that are available to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The multi-channel message features, as well as the emphasis on mobile. Creating an automated flow that includes emails, push notifications, and in-app or in-browser messages is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the user interface has significant room for improvement. It is hard to navigate through large canvases with many messages and branches. Moreover, I believe that the reporting feature could be more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has enabled us to create automated flows for our customers, targeting them at different stages of their buying journey, based on their behaviour and communication preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a community that can connect others to solve one problem. Besides that, the constant development of new features is outstanding, and the ability to personalize within texts or segment narrowed audiences is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the top of my head, at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The evolution of canvas has been a great development, we have been using it quite a lot and able to do more things and more complex with the same amount of people.

It's quite straightforward and organised
What do you dislike about the product?
- the segmentation filters are not always clear/obvious
- changing assets on an HTML template is a bit of a headache - not super user-friendly for urgent/last minute changes unless you have coding experience
- assets uploaded have to be max 5mill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- data base analysis: effectiveness in creating segments without having to extract huge amounts of data
- user-friendly platform as long as there are no changes to original POA
