Best CRM solution in the market

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use to execute push notifications. It allowed us to have a proper CRM system in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I dislike, the dashboards can look a bit complex however braze offers you indepth trainings. The resources are very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that we can integrate into our app. Braze allowed us to create automated push notification journeys

What do you like best about the product?
Its easinesses in connecting our DB with our campaigns, thanks to features such as connected content (API) and easy integrations of webhooks within canva steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
More functionalities around our DB source within braze itself, similarly to what other players are doing with data extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incredibly tailored and personalized content, and very easy drag and drop template creator for email and inapp messages

What do you like best about the product?
Braze integrates easily with our mobile apps and allows us to have data about all the actions within the apps and the ability to turn those into actionable actions - segmentation, targeting, and exports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is a bit messy, so it takes time to get used to it, but it's not a significant problem once done. The way events are recorded is not the best as you can't access their payload easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allowed us to create an effective onboarding and regular communications to our users and to be relevant, improving our conversion funnel but also reducing our churn.

Powerful but still scrappy

What do you like best about the product?
There is loads of flexibility to be able to orchestrate endless scenarios. Braze also seems to be regularly evolving the product with new functionality rather than only refining the existing stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics is a fairly large gap at the moment. There is a lot of useful raw data available through their APIs to build out your own analytics or connect to an analytics tool, but within the UI there's fairly subpar analytics at the moment. I'm confident that this will improve though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to deliver great marketing messages in a highly targeted manner with a great level of flexibility. It's how we communicate with users outside of the core product experience, and in some cases it also powers the product experience.

our rep is incredibly insightful and offers effective solutions, tests and strategies for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a learning curve to more of the robust tools but that is to be assumed.

acquiring abandoned cart revenue, more personalized segments and easy ways to make tests and changes

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and has a great learning lab to get new users onboard in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there are better ways to manage the media libraries and campaigns besides using the tags. Ideally it would allow me to put things into different folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports messaging via email, SMS, pop up, and push, and allows us to set up multi-channel campaigns to cover as many users as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of functionnalities, or ways to implement use cases. From Canvas/campaigns, segmentation creation and connected connected content. Overall quite intuitive to use. Also in general it's a trustworthy tool where things work the way they are advertised
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage the large number of canvases/steps/campaigns/segments. Especially for example when we need to modify one thing for all of them.
Another problem is some lack of visibility when troubleshooting sometimes: i.e. why did this user not receive this step etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all our CRM on Braze: Campaign creation, coordination
Segmentation strategy, some basic reporting. and all of our automated flows are built using canvases

The support team is probably one of the most useful features.

The out-of-the box campaign analysis suite is a little basic for in-depth analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very scalable which has been great in the merger of our two companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new canvas flow feature, and the fact that there are drag and drop html templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is some opportunity to improve the reporting. It's also frustrating to manually add hundreds of filters - we should be able to do that in one action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us communicate with our customers in a more tailored and customized way than we ever have before. This benefits me by helping me understand our customer journey more clearly.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a great UI that makes it easy to track metrics and report on campaigns. Campaign configuration is also very seamless. Drip series are quite easy to set up via Canvas. I also really like all of the learning materials that Braze offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor things that could be improved upon. For example, when you need to add certain identical custom attributes or events in bulk, I wish there was an option to duplicate the selected attribute/event instead of having to find it manually each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to build a comprehensive lifecycle for our users and makes it easy to personalize our campaigns, test various iterations of our campaigns, automate them, and keep track of how everything is performing.
