What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very user-friendly and if I have any questions our CSM, Melissa, is always there to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing data analytic features could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick building communications to reach our applicant and patient populations in multiple channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the resources and learning labs available for quick answers and additional set-up, but if your CSM is a rockstart like ours, she's always happy to hop on adhoc calls or email us insights and instructions to make our comms the best!

What do you like best about the product?
- Intuitive platform that can be easily picked up by the most beginner to advanced users
- Good amount of customisation that allows for sophisticated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong segmentation capabilities,
- Reliable and responsive customer support and account managers
What do you dislike about the product?
- Needs more flexibility in implementing global message capping rules
- More intuitive tagging feature to manage campaigns
- Sometimes not flagging errors in campaign setup, segment, liquid code, etc which would help in debugging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending personalised messages efficiently and at scale, across multiple channels and at the right customer touchpoints.

It's relatively easy to create segments, custom audiences, custom attributes, and run large scale A/B tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of syncing new data has a relatively linear relationship with the volume of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy to use and incredibly powerful communication platform that enables our complext daily sends while also letting us leverage advanced personalization.

Our day to day rep is responsive, thoughtful, and well versed on the platform, helping us make best use of Braze and guiding us through our myriad use cases. Tech support has always been fast and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting out of advanced features like canvases can be unintuitive. Sometimes metrics like primary conversion events may be counted one way on the canvas itself, then another in an engagement report. This may be nuance we don't yet have full training on, but self-serving these tools has proven challenging so far.

The fact that getting data out of Braze into our other systems is a monetized feature is a downside, especially given that sending data into Braze is a base platform feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work further toward personalizing all of our CRM touchpoints, Braze is well equipped to leverage our wealth of subscriber data.

Creating campaigns and canvases that use our data points is a very intuitive process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To make best use of this tool, make sure the data you collect is as robust as possible

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is accessible to non-developers, and makes it EASY to share with our marketing partners. Really accessible analytics out of the box that means I want everyone to have access
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is most effective when you have plenty of data in Braze with which to create campaigns. This is doable, and certainly worth it, but I'd love more opportunities to set up campaigns based on information that is *not* stored / passed to Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is supporting a significant improvement in our Push channel - specifically they're giving us metrics that we didn't have access before (including custom metrics based on our definition of success), faster testing with message testing in directly in the Braze portal, and unique functionality that will improve our message relevancy (Connected Content, real time API calls)

What do you dislike about the product?
I see potential in improving reporting tool/dashboard - it can do a better job in conversion visualisation. It would be nice to allow users to duplicate and reorder filters by dragging and dropping. It will also be cool if the interface responds well on small screens.

Braze allows us to deploy personalised, multi-channel journeys that engage customers at the right moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Braze customer service (Customer Success Manager / Julia and tech team!) They are always quick to reply and help us. Either for technical issue or for a question regarding a strategy.
Also, it's very easy to find information in their documentation and their lab are very well made for the onboarding!
So, in a short answer : the "Braze experience"
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is user centric (which is good for a lot of campaigns), but sometimes it can be problematic in some cases that we need to target a specific device.
Also, the platform is only in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of data in the same platform / Braze. It's easy to retarget users based on their activity. Before we needed to export data from our CDP, then import it in a CSV.
