What do you like best about the product?
- All communication channels in one tool
- Easy to use (also for beginners)
- Customer Success Managers are very knowledgable & friendly and make a lot of helpful suggestions
- The Customer Support team always replies very fast with good solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
- The reporting tool could be better
- Maybe there is a solution for easily showing all the steps in a canvas, instead of having to open each step to see what message/template is in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Building multi-channel user flows (without the help of engineering)
- Personalized messaging

What do you like best about the product?
The endless possibilities which Braze gives you at hand and the fact that you can build custom-tailored multi-platform user journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data integration, UI and features like connected content and liquid code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buildinh out gamification feature with 0 dev efforts - biggest benefit so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the system's easy-to-use interface. The Braze team is also incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout our migration and with month-to-month optimization suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many complaints, honestly! Really enjoy the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really wanted to optimize our messaging and make them more dynamic. We definitely found space to do so with Braze, but our team has a lot of space to grow with Braze's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a CRM marketing hub for all our CRM needs. We utilize Braze on our daily communication, user lifecycle journey, coupon strategy, and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature could be more visual instead. Now the report builder can only export CSV and it is not very friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Braze for all CRM channels. After implementing our automated user lifecycle journeys on Braze, we do see our user retention rate, engagement rate and conversion rate going up.

What do you like best about the product?
Account executives seek guidance regarding strategies to use and how to apply new features of the platform. It is very easy and friendly to use the drag and drop editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics could be more accurate when analyzing the conversion of an event. The ideal would be to be able to see the conversion separately for each event that is tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send through different channels from the same canvas. We can segment the bases by bringing events from other platforms. We get to know how our customers interact with the communications we send.

What do you like best about the product?
- Very intuitive campaign and journey-building tools. Liquid text used in campaign building is intuitive and quite powerful.

- Testing environment within the software and ability to do quick tests on our devices

- Very informative and interactive learning courses

- Great Customer support, account managers are very knowledgeable and always working to up your CRM game
What do you dislike about the product?
- No comprehensive analytics and Data Visualization features covering not only CRM KPIs but business KPIs over multiple campaigns, journeys, time periods etc.

- Interface can get slow. Longer journeys take time to load and change.

- No support for WhatsApp yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementation of 360 strategies by deploying multi-channel journeys via Braze. This has led to better user engagement, conversion and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Braze allows you to target not only specific demographics of people, but also target when people should see it. Specifically, it allows for event and event parameter targeting. This means you can tailor people's communication based on the specifics of their interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Braze's survey tool for in-app messages is only one question long and limits the type of question to either single or multiple choice quesion. This feature needs to be expanded greatly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to get specific communication to specific users at a specific time based on specific interactions. And Braze does this wonderfully without ongoing developer interaction.

Customer service based in the US and responses not adapted to my knowledge of the tools (responses are sometimes relaly basics which makes me loose time)

Braze allows us to draw complete journeys for our users through their lifecycle and relationship towards our brand.

Limitations for triggering/action-based communication and liquid logic for canvases

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that its so easy to use appeals to all levels. Whether your a first time user or a full on coder. Its also very intuitive to navigate unlike some of their other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few things that could be improved i.e. Ability to change conversions after you set a campaign live. A drag and drop email builder would be a great feature where you can create the draggable blocks.

The product road map is pretty decent and is constantly being worked on so not a lot in terms of dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom in app messages. We have implemented a beta version so it gives us ability to manage one-to-many relationships for our customers. Still early on but i can see a lot of companies that may benefit from it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get your app developers and Engineers on board as without their support you will find it difficult to do the more meatier stuff. Also if you have a complex data model that changes a user profile or hell of a lot data invest in getting your internal Apis sorted.
