What do you like best about the product?
Visualize charts and able to select conversion metrics which have not been seen in other major providers. This helps tremendously to tailor metrics according to different campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need multiple clicks to see performance of campaigns, e.g. reach, conversion%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing management and lifecycle campaign management. Use of flexible webhooks is powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is undoubtedly one of the most intuitive tools I've used during my career. The ability to build complex segmentation quickly and efficiently is especially beneficial, and I'm enjoying exploring the capabilities of building sophisticated customer journeys via the Canvas workflows. Our onboarding experience was positive, with detailed guidance on best practices and easy-to-follow steps, while the customer support has been prompt and informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area of improvement needs to be in the reporting tools to visualize the conversion events and engagement rates. The HTML editor also needs some work to make it more seamless, from changing code to viewing the previews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business, we are scaling very quickly, and Braze is supporting us in building a customer journey that delivers our values across all marketing channels and touchpoints. From onboarding to retention and loyalty, it's allowing us to personalise customers' experiences based on their behaviours and needs. The ability to deliver complex journeys across different channels in a simple step-by-step process allows us to test, learn and scale quickly, which is fantastic for a business such as ours!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those who need a solution for mobile marketing or a mix of web/mobile, I would highly recommend Braze. The onboarding process was supported excellently by an Onboarding Manager and had regular meet-ups to discuss progress and next actions. Not always easy tackling big tech projects like this in a start-up, but Braze did their best to take us through step by step. The platform is user-friendly and can be understood very quickly regardless of your previous experience with this or other CRM tools. We're still only scratching the surface of what is capable in Braze, but we're very excited to see how this partnership grows!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to communicate with users specifically by personalization, but a step further with the ability to also communicate in line with behaviors ensuring greater relevance in our communications
What do you dislike about the product?
It was challenging having to transition into the new tech and the capabilities of Braze. so no real dissatisfaction withBraze but it can be overwhelming to deal with a huge wave of information and having to put plans into place from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved communications and greater user engagement, leading to growth in users and addressing inactive users and understanding user behaviours through their interactions
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have clear goals that you want to achieve and how Braze can help you achieve them. try to get the entire business aware of the solutions capabilities so they understand the purpose of it, even if they're not working with it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Braze is the infinite range of possibilities it provides thanks to its data fields. Personalization is now key for success and Braze provides all the elements to enrich your campaigns and tailor them according to the user's needs and specificities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like the least about Braze is maybe the visual organization in the segments and campaigns tab. Even though the tags help categorize our campaigns, I feel like the workspace is messy and that I'm losing time finding what I'm looking for. Also the categorization into "archived", "active", "stopped", "drafts" etc. sometimes is more an obstacle than an advantage. Finally, I don't like not being able to delete campaigns or segments. I feel like that would help in making the workspace cleaner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem with a previous tool was speed and efficiency. It now takes no time to set up and launch a campaign. The benefits are infinite, but a deeper personalization is definitely the number one on the list.

Great tool to work with. It is very user-friendly and always makes CRM fun.

The fact that I cannot enlarge my segments due to insufficient duration for keeping customer behaviors as data, would be great to be fixed in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been a game-changer for helping us boost app usage and overall engagement.

Some of my favorite things about the Braze platform include:

- The team. From sales to onboarding and ongoing support - all of the teams I've dealt with at Braze have been truly professional and top-notch. Some of the best in the industry!
- Canvas. It's straightforward to set up full multichannel campaigns - in-app, push, and email - with different variations, flows.
- Drag & drop email editor - this is a recent improvement that my team and I have enjoyed.
- Easy of campaign set up - Like Canvas, it's easy to set up campaigns and measure/evaluate their performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike about the platform. There are some quirks - such as not duplicating templates across different environments and previewing custom HTML in-app messages. Overall though, these are minor annoyances that don't impact my experience with Braze day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that Braze has helped my team solve is user retention and production. Before implementing Braze, while we had a solid registration rate, app usage beyond that was challenging. The Braze SDK has changed this for us! We've seen usage increase exponentially, and we're now exceeding our KPIs by a long shot compared to a couple of years ago.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy dealing with the support team. they are polite, knowledgeable and get back to be quickly, even for issues with low priority. I also like working with Braze, it makes the CRM creation process fun and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some product features are missing - such as local currencies in revenue reports. I also would like the campaign report a bit more customisable - campaign reports are good, however aggregating reports across campaigns need to be exported via a flat file (perhaps link to a viz tool)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, we are building email campaigns and have been using campaigns and canvas. This is fun. To set up a campaign is fast and preview is nicely clear too. We also use campaign reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recomment to give it a try. Users will soon realise how engaging it is

- Ease of integration with mobile applications and websites
- Ease of testing and debugging
- Possibility of creating advanced email templates without special development knowledge
- Quick and painless integration with other tools
- Continuous and prepared assistance by a dedicated team in Braze
- Complete and comprehensive training platform
What do you dislike about the product?
- The reporting and analytics functionality should be enhanced. It is true that there are other tools (with which Braze is perfectly integrated), but having a more exhaustive panel of information would certainly be a plus.
- Improve the Drag and Drop email creation functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Braze, we were able to centralize all communications to our users in a single tool, which allows us to manage the various communication channels in a complete and widespread manner and to make decisions on how to improve them. Its user-friendly aspect has also allowed us to reduce the activities where the support of the development team is needed, making our marketing / CRM team more autonomous.
