What do you like best about the product?
Braze is incredibly easy and efficient to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced anything I dislike about braze at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has made it easier to meet the consumer where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
- Interface is easy to navigate
- Segments are easy to build/download
- Canvases are easy to set up
- Helpful tool to find information and tailor messages towards our customers with the integration of data from our internal systems
What do you dislike about the product?
- Have had a few bugs where emails did not deploy correctly/on time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Segmentation - more reliable than some of our internal systems
- Reporting - easy to pull reporting and data from our campaigns
- Calendar - great tool for looking at email strategy holistically
- Canvases - minimal glitching for triggered emails as compared to our old system

Push, Email, In-app, Personalization, Geolocation all in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas feature allow for a very seamless set up for user journeys and the interface is user friendly. I love that we can intertwine push, in-app and email all within a canvas. This allows us to message our users in the channels they find most valuable.

The support team at Braze has been incredible helpful and useful. The success managers are not only a great source for strategy, but they also have valuable technical skills to help push projects along. This has made getting higher level projects completed much easier when we haven't needed to constantly consult with technical engineers for answers.

Braze is constantly evolving and always wiling to add us to beta testing so we can utilize and understand new tools before available to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more comprehensive dashboard that could assess metrics in a little more depth. I would also love to see an analysis on potential passive churn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With canvas, it's much easier for us to visualize journey's and assess which messaging could be overlapping within a user flow. Being able to send a subsequent push after a user takes certain actions within a different channel, like email, has been valuable and enhanced the user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
- User-friendly.

It is easy to see and edit all the automated canvas journeys we have running, as well as all of our campaigns. When using it for the first few weeks, I quickly found it fairly simple and straightforward to use. I also think it's great when it comes to managing multiple campaigns at the same time.

- Online LAB courses

The online videos and courses are really helpful, especially when it came to using the tool at the beginning stages. I still reference them today when needed.

- Support

The support team are very helpful and always provide feedback, suggestions, and workarounds when coming across potential barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more detailed reporting and analytics built within Braze.

Something minor, but sometimes when dragging and dropping steps in a canvas it can feel laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having any kind of automation was difficult in the past, so being able to build automated canvas journeys such as onboarding and lapsed journeys has benefited us greatly.

A problem we are hopefully about to solve is having all of our communications in Braze. We are about to integrate emails into Braze, which is going to enable us to be more sophisticated with our cross channel approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can duplicate email campaigns in order to efficiently make new ones instead of starting from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if braze had a spam test option as they don’t have this

Simple & easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to being easy to being an easy to use platform, I'm in love with their support. I love working with Kevin, one of the most enthusiastic people I've worked with. If it wasn't for their constant check-ins and follow ups, I would be lost.

The segmenting and sending a campaign is quick and easy. The fact that I can do push and email in the same section saves me so much time.

Organization is simple with tags. I can tag my on-going campaigns/newsletters and use those tags for segmenting.

A/B testing is easy to set up and schedule. Previously, I used to use Marketing Cloud and this is much more efficient for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For simple segmentation, this is perfect. But I'm curious how I can get more granular segmentation. In-product search function needs a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit for me is the simplistic segmenting tool. I send an email and two push notifications daily. I need to be quick and efficient with my time.

Now that I'm more familiar with Braze I churn these out in half the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive, easy to use and the support team is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, really. Marketing tools are sometimes not easy to use and when being new to custom attributes etc it can be hard to understand but again, support is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're very new and we're solving all kind of promo, retention and engagement problems.

Easy to Use Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to start building mobile push campaigns with ease after only one on-boarding lesson.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm new to using Braze, and so far there is one thing that I would like improvement on. I wish the engagement reports could be personalized more, especially in terms of formatting. Currently percentage values show up as decimals on the engagement report and it isn't easy to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are working towards personalizing push notifications more. Currently we're doing experiments and tests to find optimal send solutions for push. One feature I found really useful and interesting in Braze is Intelligent Timing. With that said, it would be great if Intelligent Timing could be integrated into Canvas to streamline programs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Braze is a very user-friendly and intuitive tool. Support team is great.

What do you like best about the product?
Design your message once, personalize, and deploy to all channels, or only select channels all in a single campaign. Liquid coding makes personalization very powerful. Relatively short ramp-up period. Deep details on each user's behavior. Love the platform and love the support the team is able to provide. Can't imagine what could be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Liquid isn't for everyone, but Braze provides support as needed for the less technical crowd. The Dev environment is sometimes difficult to use when using Dev apps but not used in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Liquid to highly personalize messages for people who are looking to buy or sell a home based upon their Saved searches and Saved Listings and deliver a specific property link, or a link to specific types of homes that we believe the user is interested in.
