What do you like best about the product?
Pros:

Braze addresses marketing and customer engagement challenges by improving customer engagement, enabling personalized messaging, streamlining marketing operations, and offering in-depth analytics. These benefits lead to increased customer loyalty and revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Of all the platforms I had the pleasure of working with, Braze is the clearest and most data-driven option. It offers unparalleled options when it comes to automated campaign and journey creation, as well as custom attribute and event importation, segmentation and targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor quality of life issues that concern me, most of them being very subjective though. However the clear roadmap and release schedule shared by Braze, alongside the possibility to raise issues publicly and gain votes to support the importance, truly compensate cfor this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating custom attribute and custom event-based automations, to support our highly segmented user cohorts across a variety of lifecycle stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Liquid logic integration allows for almost infinite flexibility, creativity, personalisation and logic chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team can be frustrating to work with at times. They often don't investigate fully or take a long time to respond to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze bridges the gap between Martech and CRM. It allows highly bespoke targeting and personalisation to be executed by the CRM function without the reliance on data and martech teams. It benefits me by being able to offer my clients more for their money and reducing their reliance on, often highly busy and backlogged, tech/dev teams.

What do you like best about the product?

Annual cost is quite high and nearing the cost of the big players now.

A solid option for enterprise-level marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a sold option for marketers looking for a customizable marketing automation platform to slot into the rest of their tech stack. The canvas build is handy, as is the ability to run tests and tag campaigns. It has a healthy ecosystem with other technical solutions. Overall it serves its purpose and has relatively few outages.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I'd change: search functionality is tiresome (no fuzzy matching and no smart search algorithms); not being able to copy canvas steps from one canvas to another; and the updated user interface for the all-up canvas view is so incredibly unhelpful (especially compared to the previous view which you can no longer utilize). If you use communication engagement metrics as your primary conversion metric, then the reporting might work fine for you. Using custom events as your primary conversion metric unfortunately also means not being able to trust/use Braze's built-in reporting tools, which is too bad. Lastly, I've had severe and repeated issues with a Braze/Branch integration, and neither company has been willing to take responsibility or actually fix it--so if you are going to go with Braze, I recommend NOT going with Branch.io as your deep link and link tracking platform.

Braze helps us market to our entire known market.

What do you like best about the product?
Always releasing features that evolve with the ever changing customer engagement lanscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have it's quirks from time to time, meaning that you will need to spend some time esclating and documenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us reach our customers at the right time, right channel, and right way. They continue to be our all-encompassing tool to create messaging we can trust.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flowchart aspect of canvas. Being able to have a visual aid of how the user goes through our messaging is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my environment, it's more the lack of data we can receive & input (but that is more of a specific legal use-case)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly building up their platform and creating more integrations to really engage our customers in interesting ways (such as rich push, push story, and custom action button).
