What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily create multi-channel campaigns and journeys in one tool. The teams are top notch and are always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for data usage limits us from importing all of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create multi-channel campaigns all in one tool that then provides insights and analytics for future optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze onboarding has been extremely helpful getting us onboarded, from technical to admin to campaign builds. The platform is user friendly and segments and canvas flows are incredibly visual and easy to use. Probably my favorite tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing bad to report, everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Braze, our ESP did not allow for much personalization. Audience lists were stored as CSV with no unique identifiers. Journeys were clunky at best, and lots of options that are basic in Braze were not even available (such as sending times per timezone, or user preferences). We can now build complex journeys and do multitudes of tests on various journey components without endless headaches or challenges.

Adoption is a longer proccess, it can be a little overwhelming to learn the platform.

We're able to send real time messages to our audience based on their past behavior.

The intuitiveness and the detailed documentation

Some functionality I've seen with competitors but not with braze.

Segment extentions are incredible, but the cap feels a little limting. A bit more would allow for a lot more experimentation

Braze is able to integrate complex features and integrations in a very interactive and easy to use way. It is the perfect ally to generate cross channel customer journeys!

What do you like best about the product?
The Braze team is vision oriented and is in a constant state of evolution and ideation. This is demonstrated through their impressive client portfolio and the relevancy in the product features they offer. This sets Braze apart as a credible industry leader especially at a time where marketers need additional guidance on how to stand out for the customer, from competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
As vision oriented as Braze is, there is a gap when it comes down to actual service. Speaking from a current experience of working with Braze in the day to day, as a large scale client, we've received junior level support. This makes it challenging to contribute to long term trust as we don't get new guidance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is removing a list of known roadblocks in our day to day process.

Flexibility and ease of use. It also provides out of box features which are advanced

There are AI tools in the market which do a lot more with contextual data than Braze does at the moment
