What do you like best about the product?
Compaign and Remote action. Network monitoring also
What do you dislike about the product?
It didnt monitor registry.
Limited numuber solutions(remote actions).
Not capturing driver failure or hardware failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved end user experience interms of automated solutions.
Performed compaign like surveys for awareness.
Monitored SCCM client or antivirus client health and imrpoved performance..

What do you like best about the product?
● DEX scoring and ability to baseline and measure end user experience
● Ability to proactively monitor end user devices and behaviour, allowing early visibility and root cause identification of issues that could impact productivity
● Detailed PC information and event logs
● Better management of devices based on the enhanced monitoring the tool allows. For example, we will have the capability to monitor device metrics related to system health, performance and application usage
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reporting needs to be improved in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
● Better management of devices based on the enhanced monitoring the tool allows. For example, we will have the capability to monitor device metrics related to system health, performance and application usage
● Provide key information for EUC Asset Refresh activities. We will be able to prioritise the worst performing/oldest devices for early refresh

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink offers plug-and-play solutions for customers (Nexthink SaaS) which is very easy to deploy and use for administrators and users. Nexthink collector for target workstations helps to retrieve the important information from the ecosystem. We can define the steps to improve end users experience, IT compliance, enable proactive incident resolution etc. using this key information. Additionally, it offers out of the box probes and self-healing use cases which can be deployed easily and we can receive the potential benefits and value additions for customers at very early stages. It also provides the feature of publishing campaigns which helps to establish a connect with users to share organization communication, outages, surveys and also in execution of self-healing use cases. Nexthink PS team also provides the support proactively with full dedication to help the customers to achieve the common goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drawbacks were observed in the product. We highly recommend it to enable digital workplace automation & establish NextGen IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem Areas target by Nexthink - Proactive Password Reset, Recycle Bin Cleanup, Disk Cleanup, SCCM Client Auto-Repair, Outlook Client Auto-Repair, Self-Healing of Application Services, BitLocker Encryption, Security Reports such as AV installation, IT Compliance reports such as MS Office compliance.

Benefits and Value Addition - Proactive Incident Reduction and Resolution, Shift from Reactive to Proactive IT, Enhanced End Users Experience, Improvement in IT Compliance

Some of the feature that are available in Cloud release but on in onpremie setup release

What do you like best about the product?
Alignment of the Nexthink with customer goals & successful collaboration with partners!!! The team is a bunch of committed professionals who are very enthusiastic & systematic in their solution approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that i can think of at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital user experience is the buzzword. We have been driving self-healing automation, Employee engagement & information probing automation. There were signifacnt benefits which were achived, I'm listing down a few of them
Under Employee engagement following benefits were achieved -: ~80% of the target employees answered the campaign. ~56% of the employees expressed their satisfaction with the RTT function.
Under Self Healing - 1. reduction of P/w reset tickets by approx 5% in just two mnths, we expect the no's to increase in the coming months. 2. ~27% decrease in the number of devices not rebooted >= 5 days n ~2 months from 2.1k devices on 16th March to 1.54k devices on 14th May

A new experience with NexThink

What do you like best about the product?
The capability of NexThink to collect information from endpoints and displaying the same which anybody can understand, especially on the DEX Score and the pointers behind it. Also the reporting feature and campaigns are very useful to the technical as well as the management team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point I have a concern is the requirement for downloading NexThink Finder and getting it installed. This will become a struggle, especially when working on Virtual Desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have almost 20 points noted from the baselining and DEX score, with Slow boot time being the top on the list and usage of various IM (Teams and Skype ) . Actions are taken to resolve all the 20, along with customer approval and support.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Provides true visibility into the end user experience
2. Enhancing enduser experience through Health card and automations
3. Intuitive, easy to use, great user interface and abundance of integration possibilities (with Bots, ITSM and Configuration manager consoles).
4. Availability of cloud variant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such.. the feature requests from customers are timely analysed and actioned in order to ensure any additional requirements are implemented soon.

1. Enhanced End-User Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly approach to visualize data is the part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Nexthink but more enhancements are required in automation front i.e. ACT & Engage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to detect/solve multiple issues for our customers
1) For one of the customer even after split tunelling for office application connection still went through oraganizations Proxy servers which lead to failing of connections. This was identified by nexthink.
2) Resolved 20% of SCCM issues with ACT for one of the customer
3) Created a script to force connect users to VPN to get the latest updates
and many more
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it explore the possibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Its graphical representation of the data in the form of custom or generic dashboards giving a comprehensive insight - to drive any incident or problem to closure with all the required logs.

Proactively monitoring the device health and then with our appropriate analysis (including the real time check via Finder) definitely improves the user experience and also enhance the overall service that are being provided to the customer.

Moreover, the support teams from Nexthink have always been available & assisted if we face any technical issues etc. as & when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any reasons to mark them down on any parameter as they are an intense competition when it comes striving with the similar tools available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have already mentioned some key benefits above - I would here talk about few issues or areas that it has helped us with:
1. Device Refresh
2. Collaboration application (TEAMS, Outlook etc.)
3. Device Performance
4. DEX
5. Support for other LOB's
