What do you like best about the product?
We can monitor and identify the issues which are there in the end user machine and we can automate even with out disturbing the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are release for every 2 months but it's very difficut to upgrade in the large environments for every 2 months.

One more thing we can only automte 20+ uses caes from windows if you can increase this count may be useful for the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate end user issues and reduce the over load on servicedesk.

We can also increase the resource utilisation in the organisation by solving the issues quickly with the help of Nexthink.

What do you like best about the product?
A number of things:
1. The fact that Nexthink is not a traditional monitoring tool but also monitors data flows and detects issues that other tools cannot.
2. The ability to deploy self-help and self heal actions to users and enable automation and user empowerment
3. The customer surveys is a great tool that we have applied for many business areas to be able to reach out to users and get information
4. The Digital Experience helps us measure the performance and also compare ourselves to the rest of the world
5. Excellent support from the vendor
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing from functionality perspective. Just a bit pricey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying issues with desktop services (old versions of software causing issues, firewall problems, proactively spotting issues that would impact customer experience.

too much to learn ;) but honestly nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are fixing compliance issues, managing migrations & device performance level issue

Biggest benefit is that we were able to prevent more 55k incidents/tickets by proactively identifying and remediating the issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the continuous upgradation of Tool as per requirement and Dashboards. Importing ready made content pack is really cool to save time. Frequent expert review and the feedback for the requirement is much better. Alerts and Campaign are adding lot of value to the tool. Experts level meeting really enhances your skill upgrade. Collective information of devices as user is fantastic. Service Monitoring for the domain is absolutely great. The great part is Network infolows is awesome in terms of failure as well as connection. It gives really provides dynamics view for source to destination information. I can not forget the Drill down feature of nexthink at any point of time weather it is dashboard or findings in Finder. I really like smart search of Nexthink finder where it gives you lot of option like other search engine specifically for the tool. Finder statistics view is really quick as well as you can also take a look on Device comparision really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain feature in campaign which can be improvised like adding icon, inserting small table other text size and color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are following-
-It give a complete landscape view.
-Remote action for auto heal is really quick intelligence to embed with available data.
-Gathering information is also nice.
-Cloud availability is really impressive as per latest IT trend and demand.

Yes, I would recommend this tool to other organization to look into.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and insight that we are getting from Nexthink is tremendous. It has changed how we work, we are getting a more holistic understanding of the underlying issues.
Even for individual tickets it has positively impacted the mode of investigation, now if the user is reporting any issue, we are having the capabilities where we can do a time series analysis to understand what changes have happened to the device and correlate similar issues in the environment to understand what might have triggered the issue, whether it is an individual issue or other users are also impacted which are not reported yet.
The automated remediation capabilities have tremendously helped us to enable shift left and the things for which we were dependent on L2/L3 is being carried out by Service Desk agents themselves and some of them we have extended the self service capabilities to the user also.
Finally the support from Nexthink is tremendous, they will just not leave you with the tool, they are going to be with you all through the journey till you are well versed with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it is a great tool, but definitely would like to see if we can access the Nexthink Finder via portal instead of a client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have identified problems which we were not even aware of earlier, it has provided insights in terms of the numerous versions of the same software existing in the system, people having unauthorized admin rights, software resulting in latency, crashes etc. We have implemented it in the customer environment recently and taken up action based on the insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a wonderful tool and I will recommend to anyone who wants to transform their Workplace environment. But one thing to remember this is only a tool which will help you with the right analytics and automation capability but a bigger transformation is needed in the workforce area so that support team adapt to the mode of proactive data driven operation. This needs absolute focus and alignment in all the layers of leadership

There is nothing to dislike about Nexthink, but there are few places which it could be better in customization in few areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the End users issues has been proactively identified and provided solutions.
Reduced number of service desk tickets.
Proactive management.
Network related issues has been resolved quickly using Nexthink.

Nothing in specific, but if we could have all modules bundled especially the most widely used one's that would be great

One can go for this tool if they would like to measure digital user experience, this does a lot more than just user experience, Act(self-heal): Easily resolvable issues without user intervention, engage: if your company does a lot of campaigns

The tool has very good capabilities, all it needs is skill and some bandwidth to fine tune it and utilize it.

Limited out of box solutions available in the tool, we have to customize most of the time.
