What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink provides valueable insight into a large data set of PC related telemetry, use and web based application which when properly mined and used, offer the opportunity to create quick effective solutions to solve PC related issues, insights into user activities, resource scoping and consumption and compliance. It is integratable into numerous systems and offer lots of possibilities to creatively problem solve and provide enterprise insight. From data gather, to automation, alerting, orchestration, and communication, Nexthink is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of data retention is still a slight limitation of the product. Currently it provides 30 days and it would be of extreme benefit to expand this to at least 60 days. This allows more scoping and investigational work to be done to figure out when issues started and how they were potentially solved through updates, patchings or automations available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we have a vast array of self heal, on-demand, and API called automations that provide quick easy solutions to issues detected by nexthink, used by technicians to cut down time to resolve, and called through utterances through our chatbot. Additionally, we used Nexthink to monitor our environment for issues, help scope enterprise issues and guard the resources of our machines through constant agent monitor built into our change process and continouing state operations.

Proactively resolving IT issues with detailed insights.

I haven't encountered any notable issues with Nexthink.

Nexthink solves several key problems including: it issue detection, user experience insights, proactive monitoring which collectively enhance productivity, reduce downtine and improve user satisfaction.

Providing deep insights into the digital employee experience, allowing us to make data-driven decisions for improvement.thus increasing productivity and reducing downtime.
Nexthink Infinity Review
What do you like best about the product?
We can see a lot of data for our end-users, relating to their Tech experience, including app crashes, hangs, login times, etc. It is allowing us to identify issues and proactively address them, ahead of user calls to the service desk. We also use the Campaign component, to gather end-user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the metrics need tuning, to suit our environment, and some reports can be misleading, at odds with the actual end-user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify issues our end-users have, to build up a picture of the key issues to tackle, and knowing who the end-users are. From this we can setup proactive alerting and investigations/fixes.

Limitation in access delegations when not giving a full domain view.

It's easy to use, the user interface is super intuitive and there is a ton of templates for dashboards, remote actions and investigations in their library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nexthink has it's own Data Language. It's pretty hard to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to install or uinstall software on multiple devices. You just create an investigation and afterwards you can (un)install software only for devices found in that investigation. Furthermore you are able to be proacitve when it comes to crashing processes or executables.

It's hard to say that i dislike something about it. It's more like I'm missing something in it, but they are working on it, so I'm quite happy with the product

The experience centre is one of the most valuable features; the other is the benchmarking. It gives you an easy way to use it. I have some one-page overviews; you can drill down the effect per element. You can use it to start improving your services.

What needs improvement?
Nexthink has evolved from its previous versions, shifting its focus towards security. While they do not position themselves solely as a security tool, they offer valuable information. It's beneficial that they continue providing discount information as they have before without introducing additional vulnerabilities. Nexthink's strength lies in providing a comprehensive overview, including application vulnerability assessments.

I have been using Nexthink as a service provider for ten years. We are using the infinity version of the solution.

If you want to integrate with ServiceNow, for instance, it'll be more work.
Nexthink can support home use and promote its advantages, even on local networks. This enables us to gain insights into Wi-Fi or home network setups, allowing us to assist phone users in improving their setups.
I recommend the solution as it enables using Nexthink across various services, preventing the concentration of knowledge in one person or small team. This spreads the benefits of Nexthink throughout the entire company.
