What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink Infinity stands out as a comprehensive solution for organizations aiming to enhance their operations and digital employee experience. Having implemented this platform, we've observed several  benefits that make it a valuable addition to our IT toolkit. I cant imagine not using it!
One of the most impressive features of Nexthink Infinity is its ability to provide real-time visibility into our entire IT environment. This has drastically reduced the time it takes to identify and address issues, leading to more efficient problem resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve associated with using the platform effectively, which may require additional training for IT staff, can be expensive, especially for smaller organizations with limited budgets. The support could br improved

                            Nexthink: A Vital and Resourceful Tool in Our Kit
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Nexthink is its utility for our 1st and 2nd line support teams. Nexthink is a tool used daily and it enables us to proactively monitor issues and reduce initial ticket numbers effectively. Additionally, it simplifies remote tasks, making them just a click away. The customer suppport is very reactive and quick, the team at Nexthink are very delightful to work with on integrating new tools and make it easy for us to use nexthink as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides with Nexthink, as it has consistently proven to be a positive tool for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink is allowing us to have a more proactive approach towards our technical issues, this allows us to make more time to upskill our support desks and to have a good technical experience for our customers

What do you like best about the product?
It has rather modern interface, is easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What appears to be a good product is just a beta version of something not thought through. After a few months of using it reveals all its flaws and weaknesses. Lack of useful metrics, loose and inconsistent data model, limited functionalities which initially appear to be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has some basic monitoring capabilities, and it is a good product if you have low expectations.
                        
                            Incredible tool to drive efficiency and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use tool to manage digital user experience. Implementation for Infinity is extremely simple. Customer support is always quick to respond and resolve issues. It's a daily tool for the EUC team to get a hollistic view of the estate. Allows the service to perform complex troubleshooting at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The only downside since moving to Infinity is it seems to be that more features are being sold as paid add-ons. We could monitor applications as "Services) in the Finder but since moving to Infinity we now have to pay for Application Experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us move towards pro-active IT and automating the repetitive issues seen.

I haven't encountered any notable issues with Nexthink.

Nexthink solves several key problems including: it issue detection, user experience insights, proactive monitoring which collectively enhance productivity, reduce downtine and improve user satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is a lightweight agent that provides so many details about endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more native fields collected rather than having a remote action. For instance, viewing installed drivers on devices. Instead of having remote actions for audio, network, display, etc, it should be collected by the collector and available to query directly within the NQL data tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping devices up-to-date with drivers has been a huge benefit for us. The remote actions run silently in the background and keep all drivers up-to-date to enhance user experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent training resources, proactive support and account management. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The NQL data model is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Birdeye view of estate at a glance, proactive IT support, helpful & meaningful dashboards

That you cant import or drag and drop a spreadsheet for an investigation.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink offers deep insights into the workplace environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Infinity SaaS platform still lacks some features of older on-prem version. But Nexthink is working on fixing that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
detecting and solving issues in the workplace environment. Focus on user perspective. Gives deep insight into the client which other tools that focus on network or server side do not.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink is a really powerfull tool, that needs to be used properly to get the most value out of it.It provides strong data collection and remediation / automation capabilities with visually appealing Dashboards. The integration or rather migration to Infinity, worked really smooth with.
Easy to use for the ServiceDesk and other L2/L3 IT people. The frequency of use depends on the provided training and guidance (internally) as this can be overwheling at the beginning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Remote Actions needs fine tuning or better testing at Nexthink side. Customer Support is generally good, but sometimes needs a push from our direct contact person.

Nexthink is helping in monitoring and remediating issues in the following area:

- IT Support issues (automated regular issues)
