Insightfull dashboards and very helpful overview on environment.

Not very helpfull in patching and patching remediation.

Proactively finding out the ongoing opportunity areas and presenting through live dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing about Nexthink which i dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us monitoring Overall Compliance and device security, Network related info, Applications performance and Licenses utilization.

Nexthink is a very useful tool for companies especially on the IT side, thanks to it we can find out all the end point and end user information. We can also launch remediation campaigns and campaigns to inform or receive information from the users.

Maybe there is to many modules and we need to have one dedicated IT to manage it

For the moment we use Nexthink just to see information on computers not really to troubleshoot

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about NexThink tool are the user friendly interface, adaptivity to the latest technologies and features, realtime support from the product and cloud team, ease of deployment, configuration and usage, integration with different tools, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One backwardness of NexThink i could say is the errors seen in the web portal sometimes like " error loading data, contact your admnistrator" even though there is plenty of strong data connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NexThink proactively helps to identify many issue related to hardware, softwares, applications, network, and many other issues and enhancements in the environment. As depicted by the name itself " Digital Experience Monitoring" tool, NexThink really helps to resolve the issues and improves user experience and productivity even before the end user is aware of. NexThink also helps to reduce the efforts of differents teams/towers by automating many tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use interface
Good information on individual users \ devices
Good clear information on what is going on across the estate
Simple to use automation on clients - user initiated and automatic

Finder was quite resource intensive and could be slow to use - the move to the web interface has been good and improved this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing client devices in a hybrid working model - lots more moving parts. Nexthink has helped by collating the information the support teams need to proactively \ reactively manage the estate

Nexthink is a orchestration tool , which will very usefull for larger infrastructure, very good analytics, very good automation inbuilt scripts.
we can monitor the endpoints very well and acurate. very good Ui of tool.
very good documention for tool .

nothing much, need more improvent on Api's. present Api's also good

it is very usefull for complinece, to increse security in our infrastcture. very good recoumendations for improvement of our endpoints. very good in built solutions.

Nexthink has the capability and helped us to identify some of the key issues and the same was resolved which indirectly helped our clients in remediation of application functionality

Need few improvements in NQL documentations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink Helped clienbt application team to identify the issue whioch ws not visible for the application owner also. It helped the application team to fine tune few application settings that helped in improvement of applications.
Nexthink helped us to identifiy the warranty expired devices and devices that are having more age in years and plan for replacement there by showing some insight on how to replace devices.
Nexthink helped us to replace battery in laptops which are under warranty where batterys was defective and were able to replace the battery at free of cost for those devices

What do you like best about the product?
So much information. We only use about 50% of the functionality and that still justifies the cost.
This is something that is in daily use in our team of 7-10. Initial training for new users is very quick as it's so easy to pick up and get the key information we need.

Too much information! Very easy to get sidetracked and needs a lot of time investment to get the best out of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site based performance issues - have quickly been able to discover the source of network issues when they are caused by on site data transfers. It will also just as quickly rule out the network if that is not the issue
