Really Good

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create Live dashboards with teams to give them a one stop view of the data they want to see on a daily basis. Then being able to create Remote Actions to bring in even more data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The really good things from the nexthink Finder havent made it accross to the Infinity version yet. Like Network view. App load times, Avg network response times, being able to create scores for apps etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a issue with Outlook Addins crashing Outlook alot of times. Nexthink is working with us to provide out Colaboration team and Microsoft the data after every crash so we can get to the bottom of what is causing the crashes. We also have a number of drivers crashing. n the past 3 months we have removed unnessesary drivers from our devices, which in September crashed 90,000 times.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall product is simple, easy to use, does the job very well in all aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new version of Nexthink need Nexthink Query Language (NQL) knowledge to be able investigate for data extraction that wasn't a need earlier version of Nexthink. Additionally, product support need improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily challenges that the tool help us with is Digital Experience Management, Workstation Compliance and business application performance monitoring. Additionally, gives a clear view to the proactive items to focus on with automation

What do you like best about the product?
The depth and reliability of the information gathered from all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability of campaigns to automatically identify the main users of devices in order to set schedules to send information to users if their device has issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly idintifying automating remedy of issues with endpoints via the use of remote actions working from schedules, alongside making it easy to see what is causing problems on target devices for the use of service desk and desktop agents.

What do you like best about the product?
The insight it gives us into what is actually happening, or happened on our end points and infrastructure. Rather than us fumbling in the dark at times we have actual insight and data. This helps us make deciusion on devices/upgrades and allows us to take remote actions or campaigns.

The interface is pretty easy to read and use, and our team have been able to pick up the 'language' side and create their own scripts too.

The support we've had from Nexthink has been very helpful too and alwayds avialable to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, so can't reallyenter much in this field. The only thing I guess is the now expectation that we can resolve all issues immediately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we were unable to see the issues our users were experieninc or have some kind of 'record' of what had happened. We now have that to work with but also to use to proactively prevent issues before they happen

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics dashboard that can give even to who is a not a data scientist an understandable view about how it services are consumed

The live dashboard recently introduced (like Diagnostic DB) that OOB correlate events to whatever other metrics and with no stress all info are avaialble
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like the level of segregation we had with the engine approach (8k endpoint per engine) - now with Infinity this complication has been eliminated and manage metadata is really much easier.

And i did not like to have the finder that as well as been replaced by the webview in Infinity. The finder was looking really as an old fashion gui for nerds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The initial analysis of a wider disturbance in IT enviroment is always complicated. Having some hard fact to validate or discard your assumption is a fast way forward

In addition the data are not manipulated, so the trasparency on about what is happening is a value that make the difference in a stakeholder comm

Nothing to be considered as a critical downside

PCs have issue in disk space , by using remote actions like system and disk cleanup, issue is solved
also real time alerting when opening certain executables that were listed as forbidden in company , hence sending campaign to user to not use them again also send the .exe to security team to block it like Psiphone app

Powerful tool that provides a wealth of information on assets and user experience. Suggests areas for improvement to enhance the employee experience. Solution that helps us analyze the Cybersecurity compliance of theassets.

Reports are complex to implement, requiring substantial investment time to exploit their potential

Amazing tool for first class user experience

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink provides great tools to enhance digital user experience. With it's dashboards, you can have a quick and clear view of main issues affecting experience and you can easily to a deep dive to troubleshoot further. With the right configuration, you can proactively avoid incidents and enhance the relationship users have with their IT department via campaigns and remote actions that they can either apply themselves or that can be part of an automized process.

The tool integrates seamlessly with most ITSM and ESM solutions and especially well with ServiceNow which allows us to quickly use it's data when handling incoming incidents. This ensures that it is regularly used and not just another tool in the toolbox.

Overall Nexthink is a key tool for us to deliver a user experience that even most large companies are unable to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the main product shifting from an on-prem solution to a hybrid solution while finally arriving to a full cloud solution, this has a small impact on the usability during the migration phase. For new customers going straight to cloud there shouldn't be an issue, but for existing customers there is some getting used to and slight feature changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nexthink allows us to quickly identify upcoming issues and effectively communicate with users via integrated campaigns. We've been able to revolutionize the employee onboarding cycle with the campaigns and remote actions.
