I like how easy it is to build and customize workflows without needing heavy coding—it’s really intuitive. The flexibility to connect different tools in one place is a huge win. The drag-and-drop workflow builder makes it really quick to set things up or tweak processes, which speeds everything up. Being able to connect all my tools in one place means I can automate end-to-end tasks seamlessly. I use it alongside tools like SIEMs, Slack, and ticketing systems—it ties everything together really well. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and we could get up and running quickly. Tines scaled really well for our company size. I've had a really solid experience and would definitely recommend it to others looking to streamline and automate their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes debugging workflows can be a bit tricky, especially when something breaks in a complex automation. Also, I wish there were more out-of-the-box templates to get started faster. For debugging, it would help to have clearer error messages and a more visual way to trace where a workflow fails step-by-step, especially in complex automations. For templates, having a larger library of real-world, ready-to-use workflows (like common security or IT use cases) would make onboarding and scaling much faster.

The straightforward setup process was also a breeze for us.

Sometimes when we create a workflow, we need to test a particular step instead of the whole workflow. If this could be improved, it would solve the runtime issue and make it easier to check the process. We have to wait for each step to complete before we can test one, which can be improved.

The biggest advantage is its speed and independence, allowing anyone to use it without needing relevant coding experience. On the integration side, being API-first is a major strength. Tines was easy and quick to set up, and it’s both easy to use and flexible to onboard, which is why we switched from Zapier.

Not many but Tines can be better on rate limiting.

The initial setup of Tines was very easy, and I switched to it from XSOAR because of its excellent UI.

Tines extracts URLs and attachments consistently. My experience with Tines on large datasets has generally been positive, particularly for automating security and compliance workflows. The initial setup of Tines for our team was relatively smooth. Tines is a cloud-based platform, and the interface is quite user-friendly, which makes creating simple workflows or 'stories' quick using the visual builder.
