Great platform, easy to use and saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy no-code automation Tines offers is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Tines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines increase our work rate and eliminate chances of human error.
The ease and flexibility of Tines
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to create many levels of complexity in automation workflows without the need for coding expertise is invaluable to our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with hyper specific APIs can sometimes lead to headache within Tines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within a security operations team we have many different alerts/events we need to triage all within different levels of response time. With using Tines, we are able to time box are most important tasks with automation which alleviates some of the stress that comes with responding to these events.
Tines is a simple SOAR system that does complicated security workflows!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can use Tines to automate business processes and connect different systems to one unified workflow. Tines does not require coding skills from its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be a learning curve for programmers because clicking buttons and dragging actions while computationally thinking are somewhat strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines plays as a SOAR system that triages security alerts, extracts IOCs and does data enrichment to help security analysts focus on the important part of an investigation.
SIEM Alert Automation, Enrichment and Response
What do you like best about the product?
We were struggling with alert fatigue and getting security alerts managed within our MTTDs. With Tines we were able to quickly implement playbooks(stories) that ingest, enrich and automate alerts for our SOC team. ,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. We are python-coders so not having the ability to actually write code was one concern but the no-code approach is effective and fast to implement and onboard new employees working on automation tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Alert management, enrichment and response
- Alert fatigue through alert deduplication and effective management through automations

User-friendly and logical way of building automation
What do you like best about the product?
Good integration with existing tools + templates available to assist in implementing the integration is what I like most about Tines. Another big plus is the user-firendliness: the way the stories are built are very intuitive and customizable and allow to adopt templates to your own environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if sometimes there would be a hyperlink to get more information on what's going on under the hood. For example with storing credentials where that is and how it is secured. The no/low code is great but it would be nice to also get techy details when interested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Alerting overload, 2. Inefficient workflows and 3. Lack of visibility. Basically many different use cases where we help our team to bring in more automation, going from leaver processes to user requests in chats. Primarily for ChatOps.
Tines saved me so much time and energy!
What do you like best about the product?
I mean, right off the bat, Tines is a powerful workflow automation tool. Not only that, it's well-documented too; an intrepid Tines user would be rewarded if they sought to find out answers to their questions on their own. Their internal team is also quite knowledgable about the product and eager to help; I enjoyed working with them immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, while the product is advertised as a "no code" platform, I found it to be more of a "low code" environment. I'm not a developer, so I did find that some experience with computer logic and reasoning, as well as with cURL and Python would help immensely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use the product for automation with regards to our onboarding and offboarding process for employees-- being able to create Stories in Tines to automate some of the otherwise manual tasks associated with hiring a new employee is saving us tons of time-- I'm talking hours reduced to minutes.
Other members of our organization are using Tines to automate some security-related tasks as well, to great success!

Best automation tool so far. And it is affordable too :)
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing user experience and the suite of actions is just enough to close the deal. A very powerful tool indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see any issues with this tool. Everything just lines up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just the time spent on manual tasks. Tines basically help to reduce it and move the focus to more important tasks.
Best Security No-Code Platform I used
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, very easy to start and onboard as a user, also, the free trial is a huge differentiator
What do you dislike about the product?
One small thing, but it's very picky, the code editor pane could be a bit bigger but that's just me wanting to read things in huge screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines fully integrate with the product I manage and helps me automate my product's security workflow.
Super simple, intuitive, and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
Tines abstracts away a great deal of nitty-gritty details I would otherwise have to figure out how to code in, especially for HTTP Requests. It's also super cool that you can interact with a Tines story in real-time, allowing easy debugging and the ability to automate things like Form inputs -> any Action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to work through some of the iterative actions features/functions can take a while to get used to, and in terms of Tines v. scripting in some programming language, sometimes it takes a bit of engineering to get the correct logic working in Tines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines solves the problem of me having to think hard about what variables to provide HTTP requests. It also solves the issue of using shared credentials without credential exposure; its ability to hide credential values and making it easy to revoke them/restrict them to use across a specific domain is absolutely great in terms of security.
So easy a non-coder can use it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the marketplace with predefined playbooks built-in Tines. They classify how easy or hard they are to use. The drag-and-drop feature also is really easy to build playbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function in the marketplace can be clunky. For example, I know a playbook is built, but it's hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines is removing the manual updates I would make in a departing employee workflow.
