What do you like best about the product?
I love that Tines is no code, making it easier for me to build various automation workflows. The AI integration makes it simple to use, and I can create workflows to meet my requirements with just a few actions. I really like the support for famous tools and using templates to integrate with third-party applications. This saves me a lot of time and boosts my productivity. The initial setup was also very easy; with just a few clicks, I was able to access Tines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tines sometimes has issues handling and processing large/complex data. Formula generation by AI can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I build automation workflows easily with Tines due to its no-code design and AI integration. It integrates with third-party applications, saving time and boosting productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Tines is very user friendly, anyone can use it and start building automation pipelines. It is also flexible, which allows us to integrate many different tools and customize them to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging and troubleshooting are where many issues arise. More visibility on that part would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with my day to day, repetitive tasks, which saves a lot of time. Also, it allows me to focus on new things while the automation does its thing.

What do you like best about the product?
Tines is easy to use and it allows us to drag and drop and it will code for us automatically. it creates our complex workflows easy, and connect to different tools. It is easy to integrate and implement. Also support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything but we can do more in tines. If it can help with server and other cloud facilities end to end. it will be better business. I feel tines has already make our task and workflows , easy so i am good with tines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tines help me in automating lot of workflows and allow me to integrate with lot of tools. I am also automating report and other tasks of mine. it reducing manual effort and increasing the efficiency. I am going to use more for cyber use where incident and its response can be looked.

Tines is helping solve repetitive manual work by automating security and operational workflows such as alert triage, enrichment, and response actions.

Powerful SOC Automation That Streamlines Jira Ticket Delivery
What do you like best about the product?
We can automate even complex tasks in SOC and vulnerability management. I created an automation in Tines for Jira ticket delivery, so tickets are delivered from Axonius to Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have licensing based on event count, which limits our processes. When we created a Tines story for ticket delivery, it ended up exceeding the daily limit, so we had to split that same story into three separate stories. That’s the main area where Tines could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send vulnerability tickets from Axonius to Jira, but there wasn’t a direct way to do it. To solve this, we put together a workflow using BigQuery and Tines, and we were able to deliver the solution successfully.

Not much that i seen. still UI can be easy understand for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation capabilities and the ability to explode arrays to create custom workflows. The UI is also solid, and the flowcharts make it easy to work with and understand each step. It integrates with multiple tools, which helps me pull and push data across different applications. It can handle heavy workloads smoothly, and we can create parallel tracks to speed up performance when needed. The pricing is also good compared to competitors. Whenever I’ve faced an issue, I’ve received helpful support from the dedicated Tines team. It is very easy to use and beginner friendly.

Everything has been good so far, and I’ve been able to get support whenever I ran into any bugs.
