Powerful No-Code Workflow Automation with Reliable Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s built for automating complex workflows. You can drag, connect, and build stories without needing to write much code. Another big plus is how well it handles integrations. People also highlight its reliability and transparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a learning curve, and the pricing can be a concern. Debugging also feels complex at times, and I’ve run into the “blank canvas” problem when getting started. It does give you a lot of control, but that control comes with added complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are tons of repetitive tasks. Teams use dozens of disconnected tools that don’t talk to each other, and there isn’t enough staff to handle all of this manually.
Time-Saving Automation with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The no-code interface is what I like best — it's very easy to use and the team picked it up quickly without much training. Implementation was smooth, we got our CrowdStrike and Qualys workflows up and running without any major issues. Integration with both tools was straightforward and didn't require much technical effort. We use it daily since most of our automations run on a schedule and handle tasks without any manual input. The number of features covers everything we need for our security automation use cases. Customer support has also been helpful whenever we had questions, response times were decent and issues got resolved without much back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right action or connector takes a bit of time. A better search or clearer categories would help and save time.
