Efficient Automation with Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Tines has one of the most intuitive and flexible online interfaces available today, which I appreciate the most. Due to the clean and visual user experience, it is easy for me to create and understand my workflows at any level of complexity, even with highly complex automations. I can quickly use the drag-and-drop interface to create process maps without having to get bogged down in the technical details.
Tines integrates effortlessly with a number of tools that I already use. The process of establishing a connection is simple and straightforward; the flexibility of Tines enables me to use it for simple or complex cases with minimal friction.
The performance of Tines has been extremely reliable. Automations work seamlessly and without any noticeable delay, which is vital to mission-critical workflows. This consistent reliability makes me trust Tines completely.
In terms of cost and return on investment (ROI), Tines gives me clear value. The time I have saved by automating repetitive tasks has allowed me to devote myself to higher-value tasks.
Tines has a very solid support and onboarding process. The documentation is straightforward to use, and I was able to get underway with Tines in little to no time. Whenever I have needed assistance, I have had little trouble locating resources for guidance.
Tines artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities provide added improvements to my workflows without adding any level of difficulty or complexity.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Tines is so flexible means you can create really intricate workflows. At times I found myself really finding trouble trying to keep track of all the different pieces of my workflow when they became too complicated. It has a fairly clean interface but it will still take extra time to manage large automations and/or debug them when necessary.
Some of the integration options just seem limited and require additional API work, which can make things feel cumbersome for those who are not very "tech" savvy.
In general, Tines performs quite nicely; however, when working with very large workflows there can be slight delays when completing tasks. The price tag may also be a little steep for smaller teams and therefore could limit use as it may appear too costly to get started with based upon other solutions available today.
Support is quite good and their documentation provides good help but if they could put together much more detailed step-by-step guides on good use of Tines would definitely improve the experience for new users. The AI functionality is usable but not extremely developed (as of this writing) and could probably see some advancement from Tines in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our process were manual and took up a lot of time prior to implementing Tines. Alert handling, syncing data and repeating workflows across numerous tools took a substantial amount of time. This sometimes caused delays and caused more potential for human error.
Using Tines to automate these end-to-end processes has allowed us to complete many of these tasks that used to take several hours in just a few minutes without constant oversight. Not only has this greatly decreased the amount of manual effort in these processes, but it has also greatly increased the efficiency of the overall process.
Because we are now able to centralize everything within one platform, its made it so much easier to manage and monitor all of these processes. Overall, using Tines has saved us so much time, decreased the amount of errors we've made and freed the team up to spend more time focusing on higher value/critical tasks instead of performing tasks that are duplicated.

Effortlessly Automates Complex Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines as an automation platform to streamline and manage repetitive workflows, especially in security and operations. It helps me connect different tools and systems without needing heavy coding, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual effort. The visual workflow builder makes it really easy to design and understand automations even for complex processes because I don’t need to rely heavily on coding, which speeds things up a lot. Tines really stands out with the level of control you get over workflows, not limiting me to simple 'if this, then that' flows, allowing for advanced automation. I've built workflows that automatically handle alerts end-to-end, collecting data from multiple systems, which makes a big difference in how efficiently my team can address tasks. A lot of repetitive tasks that used to take minutes now happen in seconds, freeing up time for more important issues. The initial setup was pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's marked as low code, some advanced use cases still require a decent technical understanding, which might be challenging for non-technical users. Pre-built templates would be better for advanced use cases and more guided workflow builder.

The visual workflow builder makes it really easy to design and understand automation, even for complex processes. I don’t need to rely heavily on coding, which speeds things up a lot. It's one of the main reasons Tines is so useful to me. It turns complex automation into something you can actually see and understand at a glance, instead of digging through scripts or code. You're looking at a flow of actions with each step clearly connected. The initial setup was quite straightforward. We didn’t need heavy deployment or a long onboarding process since it’s cloud-based. Most of the effort was about configuring integration rather than installing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things where I feel Tines could improve. Sometimes when the workflow becomes very complex, managing and navigating them can get a bit overwhelming.

The integrations work smoothly, connecting everything without a lot of hassle. It makes life easier by cutting down unnecessary manual work. I switched to Tines for its flexibility and ease of management. It's more intuitive than our previous tool. The initial setup was smooth, and the transition has been worth it. It aligns teams and automates tasks efficiently in our mid-sized company with roughly 100-200 employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not a lot to complain about, but I feel like the learning curve can be a bit confusing in the beginning, especially if you’re new to automation tools. Some features could be more intuitive or better explained. Also, when workflows get complex, it can be a little tricky to troubleshoot quickly. A bit more guidance or clearer documentation in those moments would really help.
