Visual No-Code Automation Supercharges Security Workflows

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Tines for its visual, no-code workflow builder which is super intuitive for rapid prototyping without needing dev skills. Its lightning-fast execution is impressive, even on complex automations. The ability to drag-and-drop workflows in minutes instead of days coding scripts makes Tines invaluable for quickly iterating on security alerts or IT tickets without waiting on developers. I appreciate that it handles high-volume automations without lag and has reliable integrations that mean fewer failures in production, saving my team hours. I also like how Tines seamlessly integrates with various tools like SIEMs, ITSM, identity services, cloud logs, and APIs, allowing them all to fit into one coherent workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for super advanced logic, like nested conditions, can trip up non-technical users initially. There are occasional rate-limiting hiccups with high-volume API-heavy workflows. I'd love deeper native AI features for smarter decision-making without extra agents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines solves manual alert fatigue and data sync errors, reducing repetitive tasks and streamlining integrations. The visual, no-code builder saves 20+ hours/week, allowing quick workflows and high-volume automation without devs, enhancing reliability and speed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines mainly for automating our security and IT workflows. It helps us connect different tools we already use, so we can respond to incidents faster and with less manual effort. It's useful for routine tasks like user provisioning checks and pulling reports. I love how it saves time and reduces chances of human error by standardizing repetitive processes. Tines eliminates manual, repetitive work in our workflows, reducing alert fatigue by automatically filtering and enriching alerts. This allows us to focus on what matters most and improves response times by acting as a bridge between multiple tools. Its flexibility lets us build workflows tailored to our exact needs, and the visual drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for anyone to create and update workflows quickly. I appreciate its reliable performance in handling complex workflows consistently and how it integrates smoothly with different tools, streamlining processes. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, with its low/no-code approach and pre-built templates making it easy to get started. The intuitive interface helped us build basic workflows easily. Overall, Tines boosts efficiency, consistency, and frees up time for more meaningful work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Tines is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. For complex workflows, debugging can sometimes be tricky and time-consuming. The UI, while user-friendly overall, can feel a bit cluttered when workflows get large. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, especially for new users. Improving documentation or in-product guidance for complex use cases would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate our security and IT workflows, connecting our tools for faster incident response with less manual effort. It eliminates repetitive work, reduces alert fatigue, and boosts efficiency by improving response times and standardizing processes, freeing up time for meaningful tasks.

Effortless Automation with Room for Improvement

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple Tines is to use and navigate around. The user interface makes it so much easier to build something useful, and you don’t need to be technically sound to use it. My favorite part is the visual workflow builder, which is a cherry on top. I also appreciate the flexibility Tines offers as you can start small and keep building as you move forward. It integrates different systems and APIs, making our processes faster and smoother, which saves us time while routine tasks work in the background. The initial setup was quite easy too, and the interface helped us manage and create things on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the workflow gets bigger, it feels a little cluttered. It’s great to start, but as the size grows, it can take some effort to keep everything clean and easy to follow. Also, debugging can cause an issue sometimes. Not as quick as we’d like. When something breaks down, you have to go deep into why and where it broke. It would really help if there was a clearer failure path view like instantly highlighting the steps where the problem arises. Sometimes, you get the technical response but not the context of who caused it. The depth of specificity can be improved in terms of visualisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate manual tasks and integrate systems, saving time, and everything is centralized.

Automates Our Workflow with Ease, But Needs Better Debugging

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines to automate high-stakes processes in security, IT, and engineering, and it really boosts efficiency by eliminating repetitive manual tasks. I love how it connects our siloed tools, letting us focus on high-impact strategy instead of constant data entry. The platform’s no-code storyboard is fantastic because it allows us to deploy complex security workflows quickly, in hours instead of weeks, which drastically reduces our incident response times and saves us hours every week. Tines is incredibly flexible since it’s vendor-agnostic and connects to any REST API, which is invaluable as it enables us to build sophisticated automations without needing a dedicated team of developers. The best part about Tines is the no-code storyboard, making building complex automations as simple as drawing a flowchart. I particularly value Tines Pages for easily adding 'human-in-the-loop' approvals and the AI Agent actions that smartly handle unpredictable data. The initial setup is quick and lightweight as Tines is a cloud-based platform, and using pre-built templates from the Story Library makes it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for complex data transformations can be steep if you aren't familiar with APIs. Additionally, debugging large workflows is sometimes difficult, and the built-in reporting dashboards feel a bit basic for tracking deep metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines automates repetitive tasks, bridges tool silos, and speeds up security workflows without needing a developer. It reduces incident response times and saves manual hours, letting us focus on strategy. Its no-code storyboard, Tines Pages, and AI Agents make automation and data handling accessible and efficient.
