  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for automation, and it helps us reduce manual efforts and automate repetitive tasks. I can build workflows using drag and drop, which is flexible for developers using JSON and APIs. I really like the UI experience, and the non-coding automation architecture is a standout feature for me because it allows us to create or write stories efficiently without heavy workload or coding. The initial setup of Tines is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's a no code, understanding events and stories is confusing at first. Pricing is a little bit on the high side and also Tines is a little bit heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual efforts. Its non-coding architecture lets us create stories efficiently without heavy workload.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Tines is like a smart assistant that handles all my boring, repetitive computer tasks automatically. It connects my favorite apps together so they can talk to each other and get work done, leaving me free to focus on the important stuff. I love that I don't need to know any fancy coding to use it. I just move simple blocks around to link my apps, like playing with toys. It's very easy to start and saves me lots of time. I really like how it works with almost any app I already use. It's like a universal plug that fits into everything, so all of my different tools can finally talk to each other. I also appreciate that setting it up was very easy and didn't take much time at all. I don't have to install anything heavy on my laptop. It feels like setting up a new social media page and it's simple and easy to set up. Tines is much faster because I can just click and drag to get work done, and it lets everyone on the team help out. I would give Tines a 9 out of 10 because it is so easy to use and saves a lot of time. It is perfect for anyone who wants to automate their work without needing to learn how to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little time to learn if I want to do really big, complex tasks. Also, if my other app change, I might need to spend a moment fixing the connection to keep things running smoothly. Tines could be better by making complex tasks simpler to set up and adding more quick how-to videos. It would also be great if they offered more affordable options for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tines automates boring, repetitive tasks, connects my apps seamlessly, saves me time, and reduces human errors. It’s easy to use without coding, making my work simpler. It integrates well with tools I already use, enhancing team productivity without extra effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Tines for automation, specifically for Okta provisioning. I like the Co pilot feature in Tines, and I find it integrates with VS Code to auto-generate and debug scripts like our AD exports, as well as automate PR reviews for team validation. I appreciate that Tines can easily connect with ServiceNow or Jira, enabling us to auto-create tickets for provisioning requests. We switched to Tines from Zapier because of its flexibility, and I found the initial setup to be very simple. Based on my experience, I'm likely to recommend Tines highly to others.

Copilot in Tines is powerful, but it could be improved with more precise suggestions and better context awareness for complex workflows.

I use Tines for Okta provisioning and connect it with ServiceNow or Jira to auto-create tickets for provisioning requests.

Effortless Automation with No-Code Interface

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Tines to automate repetitive tasks with tools like Crowdstrike and Qualys. The biggest advantage is its no-code interface, which makes it easy to set up automations without requiring much coding skills. The drag-and-drop workflow is much easier than other platforms, allowing me to build workflows myself quickly and without depending on other teams. This has really helped in reducing human effort and errors, making everything faster and freeing up time to focus on other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation could be better in some places. It took a bit of time to get used to it. It would be helpful if more real-world examples were used, like actual use cases showing how to set up the workflow step by step for multiple scenarios. This would make it much easier for new users to get started without trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to automate repetitive tasks in Crowdstrike and Qualys, saving time and reducing manual effort and errors. It helps us manage time better and focus on other work.

Flexible Workflow Automation with Tines

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Tines for its flexibility to build complex, scalable workflows with full control over logic, integration, and data handling. Tines is valuable to me because it lets me design workflows that match real-world vulnerability management processes instead of forcing a fixed approach. The initial setup of Tines was relatively quick and straightforward, especially compared to traditional SOAR tools, with minimal infrastructure and configuration required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing and troubleshooting the highly complex workflows can be challenging in Tines, where visibility and debugging are sometimes limited. Troubleshooting complex, multi-step workflows can be difficult because failures aren't always easy to trace across interconnected actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tines to orchestrate vulnerability lifecycle workflows, solving challenges like fragmented data, manual prioritization, and lack of visibility. It's flexible, matching real-world processes and providing full control over logic, integration, and data handling.
