What do you like best about the product?
I love how powerful the integration of the IoT and Watson IoT integration is. it really helps me to captured and get accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price might be lower a bit so some can experience the features of the IBM Maximo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It also solves larger business issues such as asset-related concerns by allowing companies to keep track of their properties in real-time. In addition, the system provides a comprehensive view of the performance and maintenance state of the organization's assets, which aids in making informed decisions on their modification or update.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I hope they can provide an Android and IOS features also.

What do you like best about the product?
I like IBM because of its excellent features. The tool makes fewer efforts easy to use and straightforward. It also responds to any business because of its upgrade process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem, in my opinion, is sometimes it's hard to open even if your connection is excellent good and stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Maximo helps me in my task without pending, help me in my inspections, planning, and careful management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use IBM Maximo for your work, and it will be easy.

What do you like best about the product?
As a lead, I need to track the asset. And I can say that IBM Maximo is indeed helpful with my kind of work. Honestly, before, it is tough for me to track assets, but now that I have learned about this IBM Maximo, it made my job so much easier than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any problem encountered with IBM Maximo as of the moment. I am still satisfied with the outcome and what it can give us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are pretty big, so we need to keep our assets tracked, and that is what IBM Maximo does. It is indeed helpful for us. I am delighted with this kind of tool. I can say that IBM Maximo has an excellent tool for our daily work.

It is a great tool and must use to keep your assets tracked.

Manage your Assets easily with Maximo

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo helps in asset management and is easy to configure & customize according to our company business requirements. It is scalable, agile and enables us to respond to business changes in a small frame of time to make the required changes. Also, the system upgrade process is quite straightforward which requires less effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report generation process is a little complex and time-consuming. It will be helpful to get the reports easily to check and manage the overall performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking for asset repair history & its annual maintenance cost allows us to focus on other maintenance activities to eliminate repeated failures, work planning and scheduling to increase resources utilization, a safe work environment, and resource management. It has proved to be a great tool in asset management and creating a secure workspace for remote teams to work effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Maximo has user friendly interactive interface which is very easy to learn for newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's server base software hence Takes longer to render the data which make it slow compare to software which run on computers such as tally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create order to complete given task and manage warehouse inventory,issue and receive material.

What do you like best about the product?
Best in class asset management. Simple User Interface having layouts for managing asset operations with business process. It has rich features to integrate with various daily use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it has very good features still I feel somewhat lags when the data load is at its peak. I think the updated versions will correct it. Its price is high as compared to its peers. And no free version is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our asset management. As our organization is very big and we need to keep track of our assets on a daily basis so Maximo helps us in a very effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
It's capable of handling all sorts of assets. You can track every detail of an asset during its lifecycle inside an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a user-friendly UI like the other tools in the market have. So times, it isn't easy to find a way to customize a ticket based on the user's need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a SAAS-based tool, so a massive reduction in downtime compared to other on-prem server-based tools. It has flexible backend options for data integration. Ticket/work order tracking is the best part of this tool, with all the logs details during every stage of its lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Without dependency maintaining and tracking, assets are very important for our business. Before I was depending on the manual report to track on status. But now after starting using this tool, my work has become very easy and I can update, assign, maintain and track our department asset status in a single place at any time. This tool also helped me to do forecasts on our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a little complex to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are many like, now, I have reduced assets shortage. Very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple to navigate. Although instalation and integrations are not the easiest to get first time with the compatability matrix by IBM
What do you dislike about the product?
Maximo can be unstable if the hosting servers are underspecced or some best practices are not applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service requests for our clients are managed within maximo with all requests being logged and the logged against KPIs. These can help towards performance reviews and audits
