What do you like best about the product?
You can assign as many ticket and track them very easy. It's very easy to track work orders, manage all you assest accros different sites and also have a concept of hierarchy in what is lacking and has to be imporved based on statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Info available to look and solve smaller issues that might rise during usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides great connections on the remote sites and especially is great on ticketing purposes, easy to familiarize with and utilize the system.

Provides good connection even in remote areas. Good IBM tool for ticketing purpose, includes ITIL practices as well

Little improvement required for front GUI and look of this product

Can assign multiple tickets at one time. Easy to track and manage tickets

Over good tool for clients, which are already using IBM maximo tool

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly. A wide variety of instructional courses for individuals, partners and other developers to customize and release. Service absolutely managed. Uses serverless software, for example logical applications. The program can be trained in field-specific conditions, which is a nice feature. The extension module of the query is explicitly designed for simple use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thirth party integration with applications can be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system offers fast data access and saves time. Deep connections disclose sophisticated artificial intelligence features ready to use. You can learn to understand specific conditions in the area.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use the system in the middle. It is very easy to use and convenient compared to its competitors. The use of the product I strongly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many potential but the main thing we enjoyed is the work planning functionality. It also helped us maximize the life cycle of the asset that was in fact unexpected.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to make a little shift in administration and authority. Nonetheless, it has always shown us that change is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all laptops, cursor, etc. across our various branches was hard. Nonetheless, for our management team, product handling has become very straightforward since Maximo. This promotes a more integrated network for asset management. It can also be modelled according to the company's needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use this tool to its fullest because it provides more features to help us measure cost of resources and encourage monitoring.

This is a system of choice. From Work Management to integration with ERP system Maximo has been a good choice. With years of experience this is a mature system

In few words: Field mobility capability. The mobility interface does not live upto expectation

Tool of choice for Work Management and slowly transitioning onto APM capability

The versatility and simplicity, there are a lot of fields that can be customized and is simple to do it. Once you are familiarized on how to use it

lack of training of info available to look for issues. It looks like getting support is confusing and long waits

Easy to create new app with application designer.

I like the OSCL HTTP integration framework. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime ui is not intituive. Hard to find feature.

Maximo documentation is hard to find. Not a lot of example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use maximo for timesheet in our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very power full. I recomand it for organisation that want to improve their process.
