What do you dislike about the product?
Although the customization options have some edge limitations, the time saved is well worth it, enabling us to achieve nearly all of our goals. Moreover, they are responsive to our small remaining needs and their continuous development and regular feature releases demonstrate a strong commitment to improvement.

Toucan Toco has streamlined our monthly reporting process by automating the generation and distribution of personalized PDF reports, significantly enhancing our customer communication and efficiency. Toucan nous a permis d’intégrer rapidement et facilement des dashboards interactifs au sein de notre application SaaS. L’interface est intuitive, ce qui a facilité l’adoption par nos utilisateurs non techniques. L’un des aspects les plus appréciés est la rapidité du déploiement : en quelques jours, nous avons pu proposer une expérience analytique complète et personnalisée à nos clients. Le support est également très réactif et nous a accompagnés à chaque étape. Un vrai game-changer pour notre produit !

It's easy to iterate to explore our data and see how we can present it to our customers. The variety of options to further integrate the dashboards in our own products is a key reason why we continue working with Toucan.
Their support is always available for help and guidance, either to fix our mistakes or to help us build better dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Toucan has made strict choices on the options available in the graphs. This constraint has forced us to re-think our dataviz to make it simpler, which means it is also usually clearer. However sometimes we would have loved to have a little bit more control on the presentation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an off-the-shelf tool to support the data analysis we do for our clients. As a startup with a small team, we wanted a tool on which we could build our dashboards by iterating on their content, and which would let us easily share the results with our clients.

All V3 documentation is in English, and more article need to be update
