Review of Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
The product offers some excellent features that are highly useful, but certain aspects of its usability can feel challenging or less intuitive at times. Iterable is great because it's super intuitive and really helps streamline marketing campaigns. We can deliver all content to our users in a quick and efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool doesn’t work as intuitively as expected, and things can go wrong, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one platform to communicate with our users across the most important channels, supporting us in retaining and engaging them effectively.

Their customer support team is always pretty responsive and helpful

Iterable is really difficult to use. I'm constantly experiencing bugs and it seems to be really complicated to complete simple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I work for a medical device comoany, we use Iterable due to it's HIPAA compliance. This helps us to manage and send out email campaigns and has the options to segment our audiences.

– Very flexible: there's a way to do almost anything, the limits seem to be your imagination on how to use their tools
– Great customer support: always at hand to answer questions and find solutions at a moment's notice

– Some of the more technical elements of the platform can be hard to self-serve using the help centre articles without prior knowledge
– The UX can at times be so user friendly that it's quite rigid in its capability

Iterable's intuitive interface and powerful automation tools make it easy to create and personalize targeted campaigns, ensuring effective communication and high engagement. The platform's flexibility in managing workflows, combined with robust analytics, helps optimize performance and results seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Iterable is a robust platform, its extensive features can create a learning curve for new users. Additionally, more intuitive navigation or streamlined processes could improve efficiency by enabling certain advanced functionalities.

Iterable helps streamline and automate our communication processes, enabling me to engage courier partners effectively with personalized messaging and targeted campaigns. This has significantly improved our outreach, saved time, and ensured better engagement and satisfaction within the community.
Intuitive platform that continues to roll out features
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an intuitive platform for marketers use and I love to see that that it continues to evolve with new features.

Reporting hasn't always been the easiest to use and share.
Even though support has been generally good, there have been a few times where I have been given incorrect information which resulted in customer facing mistakes.

Iterable -- the reigning champ
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Iterable for several years now, in various roles across multiple companies, and I'm a big fan. No ESP is perfect, but Iterable's user friendly interface, intuitive audience builder, the best journey builder I've encountered make it my absolute favorite ESP. Their reps and help desk folks are always the nicest and help you find a solution quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features in Iterable are the only weaker area. the experience is different depending on whether campaigns are blasts or in journeys and the dashboard creator isn't super intuitive. I know the Iterable team is about to launch a revamp here and a new AI tool, so I'm excited to see how this experience is improved.

Gives Independence to Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been a game-changer for my marketing efforts. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for those of us who aren’t tech-savvy, and the personalization options are unmatched. I have been able to create dynamic, engaging campaigns without help from anyone else... highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to get it set up with the engineering team and getting everything working. But once everything is set up it is pretty hands off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me independence from the product and engineering team to run marketing initiatives.

Iterable is super user friendly which made learning the platform a breeze. Customer support is always super easy to get in touch with too.

Nothing stands out as dislikes. We have had good experiences.

We can do complex campaigns with ease.
Iterable is easy to learn and grow with, and even easier with the help of our Iterable rep/support.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how precise each audience segment/journeys can be tailored to specific business goals. After using Iterable every day for nearly a year, I feel comfortable with any kind of complex request. Customer support is very responsive and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting and insights were as flexible as the segmentation tool. I'm often asked to report on campaigns for various audience groups, and it's time consuming at times to select a list of individual campaigns to include in reports/insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps me automate the registration, onboarding, user engagement, sales evergreen, abandoned cart, churned, and many more email and push notification flows, which is efficient and helps create a measurable marketing impact.
