Some of the menu management can be confusing, but seeing the roadmap eases this concern!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive. Iterable also has all the features I could need and are adding new ones all the time. I feel like Iterable is growing with our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some surprising gotchyas in the product that can only be learned the hard way (deleting data, losing content)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow us to quickly test and iterate. It's our primarily off-platform channel for communicating with our users and we also can use it for opportunity sizing.

Iterable has an intuitive, user-friendly UI, and super helpful success managers that ensure you're using the platform to its fullest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor functionality that is market standard is still in devopment. But they do listen to customer feedback and actually take action on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is helping with multichannel lifecycle orchestration, ensuring we're sending the right message to the right person at the rofht time on the right channel. It also empowers our marketing team to be more self-sufficient.
