What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and train other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing time can be very slow depending on the amount of data being segmented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our marketing ops team quickly deploy our campaigns in real time and automations.

Iterable is a marketer’s best friend
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and flexibility are great compared to other similar platforms. Iterable has empowered us to grow our business and has great client support to help us optimize marketing programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are more complicated than we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us segment and reach our customers across two different mobile applications via push, in-app or email campaigns
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
If you do emails in several languages, Iterable is the way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and dashboard could be better. The reporting is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an integrated platform with several channels is key to our communications.

The only pit for me is journey organization! Feature request: auto clean journey formats

Everything. You should see what we are/were working with, like rubbing two sticks together to send email.

A bit intimidated, but it is so great to be able to come here right after signing up to get so much information.

Desperately in need of improvements to our user experience, insights, and unlocking growth potential

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Iterable for the past two years and it is such a wonderful tool. Iterable gives us the ability to communicate with our customers effectively and at the right time. Highly recommend.

I would like the error messages to be a little more clear and descriptive so I can fix the specific issue.

Iterable is increasing their AI usage which will be highly helpful to increase personalization.

Love the plug and play journey building.Excited about the updates coming.

Sometimes how the data variables are organized can be intimidating especially when it looks like code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Future WhatsApp channel is huge for LatAm marketing! Since it's such a major channel in the region.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable makes it easy to get started with email and lifecycle marketing. The visual editor is great for quick and easy email creation, and the analytics are useful for quick insights into email and journey performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
For companies with many campaigns, it can be challenging to manage how users flow between email campaigns and journeys. Sometimes complex journeys can also be difficult to update and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage Iterable for lifecycle marketing, personalized messaging, and A/B testing.

Personalization and messaging features are out of the box and simple to use!

Great for experimentation, easy product UX

The UX design and speed in which we can launch experiments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to create a clear message hierarchy and prioritization waterfall. There are workarounds but for an org of our size it's very hard to scale.
