2nd time Iterable customer
What do you like best about the product?
The power of the platform is unparalleled. The product is best in class and empowers marketers to elevate their omni-channel comms strategy and seamlessly apply automation and AI to create efficiencies and scale. The implementation services (which are a newer offering) is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities are hands down our least favorite features of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a siloed communications strategy prior to implementing Iterable and no easy way to personalize communications to our end users. We now have an omni-channel ecosystem with personalization capabilities that is a game changer when it comes to driving engagement and revenue growth.
Good tool for email, sms, and push, but man do you pay for it.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool does everything I would like it to. It's intuitive. Customer service is generally responsive. The training tools are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a pretty steep learning curve to take full advantage of the tool. It is very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a comprehensive marketing and communication platform. If they integrated social media comms I wound't need anything else (not that they should, just saying...)
Amazing product and even better customer support team
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's platform is so user friendly and easy to implement. They have a lot of flexibility with integrations so that their customers can easily scale their send volume. Their platform integrates well with modern architecture and allows uniqueness and custom coding where needed. They also have great customer support and truly listen to their customer's needs to implement features that benefit them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have room to continue to innovate to scale and support more technical customers that want even more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is making it easier than ever to reach customers in all communication channels. They make experimentation and channel optimization simple and seamless. We're able to confidently target and scale digital communications through their partnership and support.
user-friendly tool that gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable was one of the easiest automation platform tools to learn fresh. It has a pretty clean interface and most of the standard things I want to do with marketing automatino can be done natively, though sometimes take a bit of finagling or a message to Support. Iterable is staffed with a helpful support team who can be reached at all hours via Chat, and if you get set up with the right dedicated account rep they can really help move you in the right direction to meet your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable has some opportunity to improve their reporting capabilities. This is a common concern across every Iterable user I have ever met, so it's suprising they have not built this function out more. The foldering structure in some sections of Iterable (webhooks, snippets) has not been well-planned and this creates a messy environment to work in and search in. It can also be challening for a non-dev to get the documentation for what tools and platforms can be integrated w/ Iterable or how to set up APIs/webhooks to build more of the ops flows. I'd love to see more user-friendly developer docs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team automates hundreds of campaigns a week for email, direct mail via webhooks, and push/SMS. Iterable allows us to do this at all stages of the funnel, and we are able to iterate on existing flows to make things better.
Many benefits, lots to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Our team likes that the service is user friendly and many people in the team can build campaigns even without HTML knowledge. Makes the team-work quicker and the email team is left with time to implement harder innovations into the campaigns.
I like how quickly customer support replies, and they actually email you to see if the issue persists. But sometimes there is not a solid solution that can be given to an issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The device previews sometimes give out wrong previews and we spend time fixing some bugs that are not actully there. Also when requesting to see a different (language) version in previews, it gives out EN as a pre-set, and sometimes it takes extra time.
We also had an issue with restoring some versions and then the whole campaign being buggy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations really help, as many emails are triggered by customers interactions. I think the connection between our website and the platform are very well done.
