  • July 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helped us create interactive walkthroughs. It’s easy to set up, customize, and share. Our sales and marketing teams now show product value faster, and engagement has improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
While basic use is easy, setting up logic or branching paths can require time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us create a product demo without the help of core developers.

Great for showcasing our features to prospects

  • July 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been really great for quickly creating product demos for our prospective clients. We've added it to our homepage as we think it's one of the most effective ways of communicating what our product does in a tangible way, and for our customers to understand the value it can bring them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. It's been flexible enough for our needs and it was easy to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we do manual demos, there's typically an 'aha' moment when the prospect sees what we do and how we can save them time. But getting those prospects to understand that on our website / marketing is trickier. We're using Storylane as a self-serve demo to try to get website visitors to get that same 'aha' before they've even met with the Sales team. We're hoping that demonstrating our value in a more interactive environment will be more impactful than making marketing claims on our site.

We improved our page conversions from Storylane

  • July 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to record and customize demos using AI avatars and voice generators. I can make instant updates to existing demos via Storylane, and the changes appear on the front-end without needing to redeploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storylane currently doesn't integrate with Strapi CMS, so adding demos to the website takes time and has a learning curve. Integrating with GA4 or Looker Studio to map Storylane events to product conversions (especially B2C) is time-consuming. This can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has helped us communicate our features to users better with interactive demos. Because our audience is mostly B2C and the purchase cycles are smaller than B2B, we used Storylane on our feature pages to give a first-hand glimpse of how our product can help users. This method has improved our conversions significantly.

storylane is the best of its kind!

  • July 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive Interface: Creating demos is largely no-code, with a well-thought-out editor that is accessible even to non-technical users.

Personalization: Demos can be easily customized for different target groups (e.g., HR, IT, Management) – for example, through tokens, dynamic content, or conditional steps.

Lead-Gen & Engagement: Through CTA elements, forms, and analytics, you can effectively measure how users interact with the demo. Ideal for MQL/SQL qualification.

Sales Enablement: AE teams can incorporate Storylane demos into their outreach strategies or use them as follow-up content after discovery calls.

Integrations: The connection to HubSpot is great, as we use HubSpot a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design Flexibility: Compared to full-fledged design tools, one is somewhat visually limited (e.g., with more complex UI adjustments).

Performance: With very long demos (>30 steps) or heavily scripted tours, there may be slight delays on certain browsers.

Mobile Experience: Mobile usage is not optimal. The focus is clearly on desktop users.

All in all, however, it is very manageable, as we would use it exclusively on the desktop anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In short, the challenge is to populate the help center of our SaaS software with good examples. Here, Storylane helps and makes it possible to easily create professional demos. So, move away from plain text that is not read anyway, towards a great demo that is brief but, through visual processing, super easy to understand.

User friendly and impressive to clients

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is incredibly user friendly and is easy for a beginner to pick up. Finished product tours look great and we've had numerous clients give glowing feedback on how our storylanes have helped them navigate our system. We've planned ahead to make storylanes for all our products and plan on making storylane our main resource for product guides and demos
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that you can't change tabs when recording one storylane. However there is a way around this by "Adding to existing demo"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is making it easy for us to create seamless product demos , saving us time while producing professional product tours

Storylane Accelerates Product Visibility and Engagement

  • July 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a game changer for how we showcase our product to both prospects and existing customers.
It allows us to present key features of our platform in short, digestible walkthroughs that help users better understand our capabilities. For prospects, it enables self-guided exploration at their own pace, so by the time they’re ready to schedule a deeper demo, they’re already familiar with Bridge and more prepared for the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there were a few quirks in the demo creation process that initially required some technical support, those have been significantly minimized with the launch of Storylane’s AI functionality. It’s made the experience much smoother and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is helping us solve a key challenge: how to effectively showcase our product to prospects and customers without always relying on live demos. We have many features that are best understood when seen in action. With Storylane, we’re able to create interactive, self-guided product tours that let users explore our platform at their own pace.

This not only accelerates buyer education and increases engagement, but it also expands our reach, allowing us to get our product in front of more people, more often. It’s become a valuable tool for increasing brand awareness and moving prospects further down the funnel before they even talk to a rep.

It's the modern way of adding content to outreach

  • July 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
it's highly customizable, it's up to you to make it the ideal pitch, which can help draw in attention to the part of your offering that matter the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if you have the same engagement based analytics of where people spent the most time in these demos, I could be wrong but that would be a very useful feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development rep it's a difficult task to draw in interest and engagement, given the saturation in B2B sales. This tool allows me to make my outreach more engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how interactive Storylanes are vs. traditional demo videos. They feel so much more impactful and hands-on for those who engage with them.

It has also felt much easier to create, deploy, and track the performance of Storylanes compared to typical demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping to decrease the amount of support tickets, emails, and questions we get regarding setting up certain features that have multiple steps which are best shown visually.

Storylane at a Glance: Key Advantages and One Challenge

  • July 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane enables teams to create interactive, no-code product walkthroughs that are highly personalized and easy to share. Its intuitive interface, conditional flows, and embedded analytics make it ideal for sales demos, client onboarding, and training. With strong branding support and seamless embedding, it delivers an engaging, hands-on experience that mirrors the real product without engineering effort. It is an excellent tool for training end users and by keeping a static URL, we can update with our latest releases without having to send new URL's.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of version control is one of the only things I don't fine user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane replaces outdated videos, articles, etc. with interactive, self-guided walkthroughs that simulate real product experiences, allowing users to learn by doing, at their own pace. This accelerates onboarding, reduces support requests, and empowers teams to deliver personalized demos or training at scale.
