Intuitive UI Makes Tutorial Creation a Breeze

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is really intuitive and easy to use.
Lets me create and edit tutorials swiftly.
The embed works really well in my pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a feature to export videos.
I'm not seeing a way to rollback changes in Edit Mode,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating consistent and replayable training material for my job's web app tool/project.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has truly transformed the way we deliver interactive demos and training. It breaks the monotony of traditional PowerPoint presentations and standard screen recordings. Now, creating a client-ready demo takes hours rather than days. The implementation process is straightforward, so I appreciated not having to spend a lot of time learning how to get started. I particularly value the ability to protect live environments while still allowing clients to experience the product firsthand—or at least feel as though they are—by building walkthroughs. The voiceovers are also of high quality, with several voice types to choose from. I currently use Storylane often to develop a series of demonstrations and training videos, and it has been met internally with genuine excitement and a real wow factor!
What do you dislike about the product?
The full premium package is quite expensive, especially since it is required to download the interactive version rather than just a video. It would be much more convenient if users with an active subscription could run the demos offline without incurring such a high cost. Additionally, I would appreciate an option to simply close the screen at the end of a demo, instead of being directed to another URL. It would also be helpful to have a side panel that allows you to copy and paste text, which would then automatically fill the on-screen text box. Features like tooltips and interactive speech bubbles would also add value to the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to share interactive demonstrations with clients in a secure environment. Our goal was to show both current and potential clients how the platform could address their daily challenges, and Storylane has delivered exactly what we needed. Now, I can easily record the entire process for the client, add detailed text walkthroughs, and include tooltips to help them better understand the product during our sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane offers an excellent user experience, making it easy for anyone in our organization to build and create interactive demos. The implementation process was straightforward, and their customer support has been great. They are consistently introducing new features, which makes the product an invaluable asset for our marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, the main drawback has been the limited number of seats available. It would be much more convenient if there were sharable portals, allowing the tool to be used for a wider range of purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Storylane, we no longer need to rely on third-party vendors to build custom demos, as it allows us to create them ourselves with ease. This workflow also makes it simple to accommodate any changes or updates to our UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane enables me to create narrated tutorials without the hassle of recording numerous takes. I really like the selection of voiceovers, which gives me more flexibility when working on different projects. The content creation process has been intuitive and straightforward, and as I spend more time with the platform, I keep uncovering new features. This was my first experience with a tool like this, and I was able to produce several tutorials with ease thanks to how user-friendly the software is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unable to get the mirroring or casting feature to work from my iPhone. While I managed to take screenshots and create the content I wanted, it appeared that the desktop app was experiencing some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane has enabled me to develop educational content for my customers, allowing them to learn how to use our products independently, without needing to wait for assistance. With Storylane, information is readily accessible to customers whenever they need it.

Would love to be able to preview the demo I'm working on from the specific chapter I'm editing at the time instead of needing to start the preview from the beginning and remember the chapter I need to skip to

Easy to get started
This is a tool that our sales team uses several times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find the html demo creation to be somewhat overwhelming at times. In the past few months of using the program, I have seen the team make strides in streamlining this functionality and am looking forward to more updates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Streamlining the sales process --> This helps prepare prosepcts fr conversations
-Offering prospects an opportunity to explore the program --> We don't have a demo account for prospects and this fills the gap.
-Multi-threading --> This is making our team more capable of including multiple members in the sales process.
