Effortless Demo Creation with Powerful Browser Tooling
What do you like best about the product?
I like the browser tooling to create new content for demos. I am able to quickly create demos without having to use external tooling.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases the new artifacts that get created from the browser tooling do not appear immediately or are difficult to find in cases where the demo is very large. However, each time I use it the recording aspects seems to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In many cases I have to repeat demos which is time consuming and often requires lots of resetting, etc. With Storylane I can repeat the demo anytime and also add a professional voiceover.
Outstanding Experience, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
Its extremely easy to build an interactive demo and the UI is intuitive, plus the support was really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No free trial option to test out the product more thoroughly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing the VALUE of our product to our customers. It increase the time.
Effortless Walkthrough Creation and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is really easy to use. What we do is take screenshots of our product, we upload them and then we just start creating the walkthrough. We have a bunch of walkthroughs that are similar so we use the duplicate tool a lot. And being able to share the walkthrough as a url on Whatsapp or email is awesome too. We also link the walkthroughs to our gitbook manual.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you want to edit a hotspot sometimes the UI of the pop window hides behind an element, but its not such a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers sometimes could have a tough time training their workforce. So making personalized walkthroughs for each of our customers is a big deal.
Unmatched HTML Customization for Demos
What do you like best about the product?
HTML editing - can really customize demo's - show things product / dev hasn't even built yet
What do you dislike about the product?
Screenshot click thru's are limited - cannot create multiple "clicks" or "routes" in just a screenshot (non html) demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to quickly create and customize demos.
Effortless to Use and Perfect for Team Training
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and bring a concept to life! It has really helped our team with training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a downside that we have seen thus far. I reccomend it!

It's helping us with our sales teams for training purposes.
Intuitive User Interface Makes All the Difference
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive and has been easy to incorporate across both internal and external use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far - the tool has been easy to use. We haven't yet integrated it with other tools so that's a big question mark for us.

Giving people a more customized, hands-on experience of our product while making sure that value is communicated alongside it.
Polished Demos
What do you like best about the product?
clean, intuitive platform that makes creating interactive product demos fast and painless. It’s easy to set up, flexible enough for real sales and onboarding use cases, and polished enough to look great in front of customers. A solid tool if you want to showcase your product without heavy engineering effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it take a bit long to edit images and the loading/rendering times are slightly longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing friction in product demos, cutting down on repetitive live walkthroughs, and helping prospects understand value faster.
Professional-Looking Demos Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
The look of the demos and how simple the platform is to use. The demos look professional and creating one is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Modifying demos is a little confusing at times, such as annotating or using different prompts.

Creating simple demos for platform features to show how the platform works.
Excellent for Product Demos and Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is excellent for adding transparency to your product, especially for potential customers who are not yet ready to make a purchase. It also serves as a valuable resource for the sales team, allowing them to follow a structured demo or generate excitement around the launch of a new product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls around colour can be a little fiddly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to bring a little transparency around our products and solutions, so customers could see the different views available (client and staff) without having to commit to a demo or a sales call. We also wanted to have a different, interactive type of marketing material and provide the sales team with set steps to take potential clients through with a demo.
Fast and intuitive tool for creating intreactive demos
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to build interactive software demos. Easy to include visuals and video, which creates an engaging experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not experience any negative aspects. Compared to other solutions we've tested, it's our favorite tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our RealZips app for the Salesforce AppExchange solves a range of critical use cases. With Storylane, we can quickly create highly targeted demos for each use case. This allows the viewer to instantly experience how the app will address their pain points.
