Easy and enjoyable to create compelling content from a standing start.
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is a slick and effective tool that removes all friction from creating a demo quickly and simply.
Working via browser extension it's simple to jump in and either take screen shots or a continuous sequence.
Editing is then a breeze. Once complete demos can easily be managed, shared, tracked.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this price point there are no downsides I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is solving our lack of compelling leave-behind material in complex subject area that's new to most prospects.

Storylane gives our prospects the ability to get a hands-on experience with our product - which saves us person-hours on demo time.

Allowing prospects to see the platform, and interact with it, before scheduling a call.

Great tool for showcasing our product
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane was so easy and intuitive to get started with. We were able to create and add an interactive demo video to our website that same day and easily track who had viewed it, for how long etc. Outside of our marketing team, our customer success team also love it for creating step-by-step instructional tours of the platform for 'how to' queries.
The pricing is really affordable for smaller companies, providing great value for money.

I haven't experienced any issues with the service yet, it is all very self-service and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to showcase our platform on our website and in outbound emails.
I've used Storylane at 3 different companies now, and I love it.

It is incredibly easy to create a product walk-through.

Since I've been using it since launch, some of the updates have been difficult to adapt to, although I agree with most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do you reduce the friction for someone to try your product, without building infrastructure to demo it? I use the product mostly to highlight product feature walkthroughs. So, a quick start guide, a "how do I??" guide, etc. This allows people to easily see, and interact with the product without creating profiles and dealing with all of that. It reduces the hesitancy on their part, and leads to great engagement. It works differently than a video because they are forced to look at, and interact with, the product.

We love using Storylane for product demos and trainings it makes it simple and interactive for people to understand how to use our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could own the videos without maintaining a subscription and also download them into mp4s.
