A Game-Changer for Interactive Demos
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane makes it incredibly easy to create interactive product demos without needing any coding skills. The platform is intuitive, and the drag-and-drop interface allows me to quickly design personalized demos that look professional. I especially appreciate the analytics feature, which lets me track how prospects engage with the demos, giving valuable insights for follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Storylane is powerful, there are some minor areas for improvement. Sometimes, the demo editor can feel a bit sluggish with larger projects...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Storylane, I can quickly build and share dynamic demos tailored to different audiences. This saves our team a significant amount of time, allows sales and marketing to operate more independently, and accelerates our sales cycles by letting prospects experience the product first-hand. The ability to personalize demos, analyze viewer engagement, and embed demos on our website has boosted our lead quality and made customer onboarding smoother. Overall, Storylane helps us deliver a more interactive, impactful, and scalable product experience to our prospects and customers.
Game-changer for our website and lead generation!
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Storylane has completely transformed our lead generation strategy. The interactive demos allow prospects to explore our product in a hands-on way, which has significantly increased both engagement and conversion rates.
We’ve seen a noticeable uptick in qualified leads since launching our Storylane flows. It's been especially helpful for communicating value quickly—without needing a full sales call. The platform is intuitive, easy to integrate into our existing stack, and their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout.
Storylane has become a core part of our GTM toolkit. Highly recommend it to any team looking to level up how they capture and convert leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
They definitely hooked us with the paid plan by limiting the number of published demos (one) on the free version. I also wish they had some more mid-level pricing options vs starter (~$50/mo) and enterprise (~$650/mo). Otherwise - it's been fantastic!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane for demos on our website as well as training walk-throughs for our help-center. This has replaced our PDF/image based guides and removed the friction of our employees not wanting to record themselves on video.
Great tool for interactive demos
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and has all the key features for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. One feature that we don't get much value out of is the analytics because it is quite basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is helping us showcase our SaaS product to potential buyers through interactive demos. It means that we can generate more interest in our product and let potential buyers see the value of our software without needing to create an account.
Great UI and really positive customer feedback!
What do you like best about the product?
As of now, we use Storylane to help cascade training to thousands of managers across our customer base and have received amazing feedback from our customers. In the last 2 months, we've had thousands of views and have delivered hundreds of hours of training. The Chrome plugin makes using Storylane very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is to add the audio, you need to click on each text box and add them one-by-one. But there are plenty of voices to choose from to keep it interesting for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do the first phase of training to new customers, but then relied on them to cascade training and continue training for newbies. So I bought Storylane to give us control of the step-by-step, structured training to thousands of users of our solution.
Quality demos to showcase the value of your products
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is easy to use and share. I love the ability to build a demo, share it with prospects and see if they viewed the demo or not. This is enabling us to show many sides of our product in a seamless way that is often not that easy to show.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here, small challenges of building a demo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demos, showing our product's behind-the-scenes.
The best Tour building application I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to create guided product tours is unparalleled. I've used many other tools to attempt to create tours but none has worked as easy (and effectively) as Storylane. The AI assistant that automatically creates talking points and voiceovers within tours is simply game changing.
Anyone who's looking for a tool to create guided product tours should look no further than Storylane.
Anyone who's looking for a tool to create guided product tours should look no further than Storylane.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far- I have no issues or dislikes about Storylane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often, prospects and customers want to get exposed to parts of our platform prior to after we perform demos. Previously, the only way we could do this was by sharing product pages on our website or sending videos showcasing the platform. The problem is that people rarely watch videos in its entirety so the ability to create guided product tours quickly will only help our prospects and customers learn about the part of the platform they're trying to understand, quickly. I believe a click-through tour is a much more effective way to highlight key parts of our platform than a basic demo video.
SO easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is remarkably easy! We were shocked. You can create useful demos in minutes that are even easier to publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, the software has been outstanding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to find ways to focus our marketing more on our actual product. Screenshots and descriptions are not enough. Allowing both existing users (for support assistance) as well as prospective customers (for exploration and trial) more access to our product through interactive demos has been invaluable.
Fantastic tutorial tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s incredibly easy to use, and lets you create clear, informative tutorials in no time so your audience can learn exactly what they need, when they need it. It also offers a high level of customization and powerful functionality, so you can tailor the content to fit your organization’s needs. Plus, it embeds seamlessly into our Help Center and product courses, making it easy to share with our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could include multiple hotspot dots and even number them so you can show multiple things in one step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product can be complex, and some elements take time to learn. Storylane makes that easier by offering simple, step-by-step tutorials that let users see the tool in action. It adds another layer to our enablement content beyond videos and articles and it's much faster to create than either.
An absolute must to drive engagement for SaaS companies
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane helps convey your product to customers in a very tailored and interactive way that copy just couldn’t do alone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve used Storylane across a few different companies now and haven’t had many things to complain about. I think having a “brand guidelines” setup right from the initial start up would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane for demo automation and interactive tours of our overall product, product updates and releases, and showing existing customers how to use the products and solve problems without relying on a sandbox. We’ve integrated Storylane into our homepage and have had huge success with how many views and interactions we’ve had with the tours.
Storyboard Your Product Capabilities and Future Use-cases with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to take a product and demonstrate its core functionality to a variety of audiences without having to continuously keep capturing the same screenshots and emailing over the same 'how-to' steps every time someone asks 'how does this work'? Or 'what happens when I change this'?
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say, as it has brought about so many efficiencies to my working life. In terms of feature improvement, I would love to be able to have multiple guides in the same step, as well as the ability to add sub-chapters to the product guided tour feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visually represent our products both internally and externally, in a way that resonates with audiences of all levels of experience - both new and seasoned users of the software can take away meaningful value from the same interactive storyboards.
