Great for product demos. Simple, and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple and straightforward to use, and makes it easy to publish a product demo or tutorial fast. We were able to create a great walk through from just product screenshots. The demos have been useful for creating tutorials for customers, and product demos for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. It has been great for our use cases so far and we haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane enabled us to publish product demos and tutorials fast, and without the need for video production. The self-paced / interactive style is great as well.

Storylane helps create product walk throughs, fast!
What do you like best about the product?
- It's a tool friendly for non-designers - I could see that marketers, developers within the org was also able to use it.
- Ease of editing / Refresh - to update product features while versions are updated.

What do you dislike about the product?
- I wish there were means to mask /pixellate areas of the UI - this could potentially help mask irrelevant/confidential parts of the UI without having to go back to AdobeXD or Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Give a quick overview of a complex product on our website for potential users.

Easy to learn, easy to use, flexible, custom-branded, analytics tools, link personalization

Tiered pricing is confusing, lack of transparency around features and integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps us create and distribute self-guided demos to generate leads when someone is not (yet) interested in jumping on a call with a sales agent.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy to use tool to create interactive demos to send to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit hard to personalize the demo but the team were able to help out really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands free demo presentation with scheduling time consuing demos with potential clients.
Create killer interactive demos quickly and easily!
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is very quick and it is easy to get up and running creating interactive demos. We also really like the analytics feature that is integrated with Clearbit so we can see who is viewing our demos and compare that to our other platform analytics. We are using interactive demos on our website and for training purposes which has saved us a lot of time internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet, it's a great platform for creating and editing interactive demos to share with prospects and customers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have limited staff for training and demo purposes. Using Storylane has allowed us to spend our time focused on prospects who are more ready to explore our platform after viewing the interactive demos and create training modules that can be re-purposed which ultimately saves us a lot of time and effort.
Display complex software solutions in easily digestible demos from Storylane
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to implement and maintain demos of each of our product features. Our sales, marketing, and support teams all use storylane very frequently to convey different aspects of our product - quickly and easily.
We are a pretty complex leading SaaS provider, and the ability to convey our product via a self-guided, interactive tour before they even speak to someone is extremely helpful in closing the loop of what we do.
Storylane is extremely easy to integrate, and any trouble we've had (typically user error), has been solved with a quick email to the support team. I'd highly suggest using Storylane over its competitors to tell the story of your product.

Our product is complex. Conveying what we do quickly to prospects is difficult. Showing them using storylane helps us close that gap and secure more opportunities.
Good software for showcasing features
What do you like best about the product?
We onboarded storylane for better feature releases and announcing product updates. Soon we started using it for sales and onboarding as well. So best part about it is that you can use these demos across any team.

I think the cost is a bit high for companies who want to have multiple users on storylane.

Storylane has enabled me to announce features better. It helps me in creating demos that I can send to my customers so they can easily check out the latest product update.
The Easiest Software I've Used.
What do you like best about the product?
The interactive demo we built blew away everyone at my company. I'm getting messages everyday about what tool I used and how I built our interactive demo.

I've noticed some slow load times occasionaly on the embeded demo hosted on our site.

Quick to learn and fills a demo gap that was needed

The ease of use, and how quickly you can get a demo set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to edit some things (specifically the CTA buttons) was not intuitive, but I did eventually figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Storylane to quickly create demos that are uniquely made for specific contacts, personas, and companies. Currently, we are building demos for ABM campaigns launched by our sales team.
The best tool for interactive videos
What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed at how Storylane made it effortless to create walkthrough videos that my customers actually enjoy using. The interactive features have made it possible to deliver customized support in a way that static videos or manuals never could. The screen capture features are smart and a real time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing :) I am really surprised by the value we get.

Storylane is solving our critical problem of effectively guiding customers through complex product features and troubleshooting without overwhelming them with technical jargon or lengthy documents. It is just intuitive and easy to use... By using Storylane's interactive video guides, our customers are provided with a clear, engaging, and self-directed way to understand and solve their issues.
