Seamless HubSpot Integration and Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
We integrated Storylane with HubSpot and it allows us to leverage engagement metrics in workflows and segments. Great way to set up automations that help move leads further down the funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular! Easy to use and integrate with other tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visitors don't always want to talk to a person, so a guided demo like this is a great way to showcase the platform without them feeling intimidated by a sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and super convenient to share quick demos for training and sales purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something I don't like from your product.

Providing quick training guides for customers to use my company's platform.

Easy to use, helps quickly create product collaterals to be used by multiple teams

A bit "too simple" and still a few premium features blocked behind higher paying packages

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane allows us to showcase our product in a different way and highlight it. It's an additional argument to achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Storylane to recognize more companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to showcase our product: its design, its ergonomics, some features... It's a first point of entry for prospects to request a more comprehensive demonstration. With the choice of visuals, we were able to create a specific use case example. We can also highlight certain features in the product sheets. This allows us to increase the conversion rate of our site.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, it is really intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I haven't found anything about the app that I dislike.

Storylane was easy to start using, I managed to create a demo quite fast, integrate on my website and the conversion result is amazing.
It is now one of the key driver of conversion and a great way to evaluate buying intent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics are very limited, I would like to understand easily what steps are the most seen, where are people droping etc. Currenlty impossible so that's a big loss on understanding prospects.
Some of the UX would deserve to be improved: be able to move a step from one chapter to another for example, also few bugs are slowing the experience a little bit (background change needs to be done twice, duplicate of a step places it randomly where you want or very far, etc).

Our product is very complex and there is a lot of competition. Storylane helps us show the value to prospects and evaluate their intent without having to use human resources.
Engaging Transitions, But Limited Branching Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactive transitions between screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that for branching options, you can only have 2 options max.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us quickly and simply show what our product is able to do for customers, with specific callouts and step by step instructions.
User-Friendly and Fast to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is very user-friendly and quick to learn. It's going to be a huge help in upskilling our sales teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a little buggy - some links are added automatically and can't be deleted, some web page captures have formatting issues, needs to be refreshed/restarted frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product is vast and can be challenging to train sales reps on all of the new features. Clickable demos + guides help our reps have the tools they need to be successful.
Seamless UI and Effortless Demo Recording
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and integration with multiple endpoint is very seemless, it's easu for anyone to record a demo with it. Customer Success has been great so far helping us build what we need
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much, I believe the product could bring more in-depth feature, like having a hotspot on multiple areas of the screen, having branches where we could let a user go into different planned scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Having product tour on a homepage of a website is an excellent way to warm up cold trafic and generate leads

One of the easier platforms I tried
What do you like best about the product?
I tried quite a few interactive demo platforms. Storylane was the easiest to use by a big margin. Things were laid out in an intuitive way, and it probably only took me 30 minutes to make my first one (without having ever used the platform before.)
What do you dislike about the product?
While not a deal breaker, I didn't find it as intuitive to reuse existing demos for newer ones I was working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to showcase features, especially brand new ones that may not be in production yet, is pretty difficult. Storylane makes it really easy to showcase new features and gives sales and customers success something to share with prospects and customers.
