The standout feature for me, however, has been the incredible customer support that Storylane offers. Their dedicated team is always on standby to provide prompt, practical, and insightful solutions that address our queries in real-time.
An unexpected surprise came in the form of Storylane's effortless integration with Gitbook, our chosen knowledge base solution. This seamless integration made for a complete package, allowing us to effortlessly sync our demo and documentation creation with our existing knowledge base.
Moreover, the cost-effectiveness of Storylane cannot be overstated. Despite being a startup, we, at Evalflow, have found Storylane's pricing model incredibly reasonable. This affordability has made it possible for us to create a high-quality, immersive demo that accurately reflects our product's capabilities.

In all honesty, my journey with Storylane has been quite impressive and without any negatives so far. Every feature has functioned just as expected, the interface is intuitive, and the entire platform is built with a clear understanding of user needs in mind. I have been particularly pleased with the seamless integration capabilities and the robustness of the tool, which have made my work significantly more efficient. Up until this point, I have not encountered any issues or shortcomings, making my overall experience with Storylane an extremely positive one.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane is super easy to use tool, very intuitive to build and update existing demos and which allow us to achieve results super fast. Love the analytics and integrations capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hard a question to answer. Overall Storylane has been achieving expectations of our team. Besides the product being amazing, the user support and documentation is also very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Storylane to build and deliver demos for many different puposes across the customer buying jouney. We are also leveraging Storylane for internal use cases like enablement.
Excellent storytelling tool with even better support.
What do you like best about the product?
While the feature set is strong and fits all of my needs and goals, the best part about Storylane is the passionate team that is building this powerful software. The customer support is beyond what you might find in similar solutions and that is a huge feature in itself. Apart from customer support, I appreciate how easy it is to use and how often updates are rolling out. Each feature release feels like it was tailored based off of my feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this software. it's fast, easy to use and the development team truly cares and listens to customer feedback and use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Storylane in two ways. First, Storylane reduces the amount of meetings and engineer prototyping time by placing the owness of design on the stakeholder. It is now possible for a marketing person to take an existing website and modify it to their needs or recommendations and then send their work to engineer for implementation. Secondly, Storylane is an excellent way to reduce complicated software UX down to clickable whiteglove experiences that are custom tailored for any prospective client or customer.

The product is accomplished and there's nothing to dislike

It helps give a sneak peek of the application without signing up. It nudges leads and prospects in the right direction. It also helped us generate quality leads.

The iFrame's can be a challenge to get them to sit in browser. Multilanguage support is also missing.
