Powerful sales tool for product demos

would be good to have multiple branded demo backgrounds (the webpage the demo appears on)

What do you like best about the product?
We are using it to promote our new AI product to leads and it has been very engaging, adding up value to the lead journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have complaints up until this moment.

A game-changer for sales and product
What do you like best about the product?
Storylane has been a gamechanger for the way our sales team does demos. They are clear and easy to use, and the versatility of the demos are unmatched. As a product marketing manager, I have been able to really up my game incorporating demos in collateral where it's never been possible before. It's been easy to implement and we have been using it across teams like crazy since onboarding. The integration was easy and fast, and the learning curve was small. The customer support team has been amazing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any yet, but if I do, I will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is making our demos more effective and allowing us to add demos to different collateral making those more effective as well.
Exceptional PLG tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is hard to pick one thing, the overall user experience is one of the best I've encountered in any software solution. Storylane is super intuitive and so easy to use, virtually no onboarding is needed to get started. You can jump in and start creating.
Great innovation and the quality of their support is also awesome. SL is constantly rolling out new, genuinely useful features. Their AI capabilities are a great example – e.g. improving copy to even generating entire demos, to creating custom AI avatars, the features are powerful and really well integrated. The translation feature is another great feature!
I'm genuinely impressed and couldn't be a happier, more satisfied user. It's truly a world apart from many other PLG solutions on the market I have used so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor issue I've run into involves smaller, occasional bugs, for example with the rendering of videos that use AI avatars. Sometimes there are slight flaws in the final output, which means I have to re-render it a few times to get it done. While this can be a bit time-consuming, it's more of a small annoyance than a major problem.
Also, to be fair, whenever I've reported anything like this, the Storylane team has been extremely responsive and quick to work on a fix, which again just reinforces my confidence in SL.

Storylane solves the challenge of creating engaging, interactive product demos quickly and at scale. Creating demos used to be a manual and very time-consuming process. The direct benefit is a massive increase in efficiency; their AI can generate a polished demo in a fraction of the time, freeing up our team to focus on strategy rather than production.
It also solves the problem of tool adoption and training. Because the platform is so intuitive, it eliminates the time on onboarding. Our team was able to get immediate value. Furthermore, features like AI copy improvement and one-click translation solve the problem of creating high-quality, localized content. This benefits us by making our demos more professional and expanding our reach to a global audience with minimal effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The features of the demo creation with t simple UI which helps me to creates ease to use and makes the user to create demos perfectly for the customers to understand and get started with the product even before purchasing the product and see the action in beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about storylane. Everything is made perfect to get started with the product for any users. Which are ease of integration and ease of implementation of various options which are built inside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are able to see in live action how the product delivers the output even before purchasing the product also it gives them a confident way to understand that it is easy to use.
Great Product - Even better support
What do you like best about the product?
I think Storylane does an excellent job making sure that you have resources to learn how the product works and ensure you get it right. Beyond that, the product is fairly easy to get started with and has many use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into the occasional bug which is to be expected or there's a setting I can't quite find - but the support team clears everything up quickly.

Short lead time from recording till publishing. Its arguably the easiest demo platform out there ive used

Lead capturing wasnt always as consistent as we’d hoped. If this matters to you, make sure to align with storylanes team to ensure proper integration with your csm

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new new demo's so easily with the help of storylane and the analytics and insights provided by storylane is what it makes storylane a value additional tool that really helped my team who used to give a lot of demo or interact with small customers. Now the team is really able to focus more towards bigger customers where we really want those efforts to count.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about it however improvement can be made around powerful integration with Hubspot and adding more insights to it.

It's helping my product marketing team create new demo flow and onboarding videos for our customers and users coming on the website.
It is also helping us save time for sales team where they were earlier speaking with a lot of Small office house office customers and now the team focuses on interacting with SMB and Mid market customers and we share collateral videos of the demo or walkthrough using storylane.

Easy way to create professional and engaging stories without the need to narrate/record videos. Very cost efficient
Great tool for product tours
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Storylane and in particular how easy it is the connect to Hubspot to gain all your leads. The customer support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike there isn't an option to pull over into Hubspot when someone completes the tour.
