Intuitive Demo Builder with HTML and Sandbox Demos

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane was really intuitive, and I was able to create our first demo literally in a few minutes. It was refreshing to try out a new software and not have to constantly refer to its documentation to get started.It had all of the basic features we were looking for, as well as HTML and sandbox demos, which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, we will probably end up using a different tool because we need a strong integration with Intercom, and that's lacking here. But there wasn't anything I really disliked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to creating demos for our own documentation, our profiles on sites like G2, etc. we also want to quickly and easily create resources that our sales and support teams can use to address specific user cases. Seeing how intuitive and easy Storylane was to use, I think it would fit the bill in this regard.

What do you like best about the product?
Unchanged. Still a really great user experience and now I can say their customer support is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support was able to assist me in figuring out how to bulk edit large slides, which was super helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to record demos pretty quickly, which helps support sales and keeps our team up to date on new features.

Storylane Makes Interactive Product Demos Easy—and Keeps Deals Warm

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane makes it easy to create interactive, self-guided product demos that I can send to prospects who aren't ready for a live call, helping keep deals warm without requiring my time. The ability to track engagement tells me exactly which features resonated, so I walk into discovery and follow-up calls already knowing what to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building customized, polished demos can take a bit longer than desired. The analytics, while useful, can feel surface-level when I'm trying to understand why a prospect dropped off rather than just where. More granularity would likely be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From an Enterprise AE perspective at Talroo, Storylane solves the "I'll believe it when I see it" problem. Prospects want to experience the platform before committing to a live demo, and Storylane lets me send an interactive walkthrough that does the selling even when I'm not in the room. It's shortened my sales cycle by getting stakeholders aligned on value before we ever get on a call, which means discovery conversations are warmer and we spend more time on deal-specific strategy discussions.

Easy-to-Use Demo Builder with Custom Highlights and Helpful Suggestions

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use and put together a short demo then also share that to be leveraged by the sales team I support. I appreciate that the demo tool allowed me to configure what was highlighted, how and where, but also offered pre-populated suggestions to streamline the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hard to come up with an answer - I guess if I wanted to be really critical, you send a lot of emails when I register with your service. Other than that, overall it's been a very positive tool and experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane allowed me to create a repeatable demo for my sales reps without needing to give them direct access to the demo tools. It also allowed me to put rails on how they leverage that resource in prospect conversations, ensuring it was used as intended.

Storylane is so helpful, intuitive and easy to use, and widely adopted across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some glitches during product/feature releases, but their support and engineering teams are quick and helpful in solving these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us with our demos, on-site or live AE held. Hubs allow us to hold and deliver content to prospects and current customers very well.

It is a great way to show clients a demo of our solution without tying up live resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not personally seen any negatives yet.

the problem of not having enough resources to give attention to clients that want to see demos. Benefits us to be able to show demos to clients offline and allow them to share with other part of the org that have issues aligning schedules

Able to take the notes automatically from the video onwards. It was awesome

It is taking all clicks. it can avoid scroll clicks, empty actions clicks.

Story based video without voice from the user. It is too good.

The process is really easy. It doesn’t take long to put a good demo together.

What’s not to like? We use the $50/mo plan, and at that price point it’s hard to beat.

Carefully articulating the value of the product without showing all of the product. it creates enough interest to pique interest.
