It is good until you want to cancel

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool for surveys, I used it for a project I had and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a really frustrating experience with Survey Sparrow, and I must say it was far from pleasant. I decided to cancel my plan a few days ago, and now it claims I'm on a free plan. That's not what I signed up for. I paid for a full year, but I can't access the plan anymore. It's utterly infuriating.

I contacted their support, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They told me that since I canceled an active subscription plan, the features are frozen. Okay, I get it, but I paid for a full year, and I just wanted access until it expires, with no auto-renewal. They insisted that I have to pay an extra fee to reactivate it, which makes absolutely no sense.

I even asked for a refund, but they shot me down, claiming it's against their policy. It's like they're following some robotic script instead of trying to help me get what I want. As a startup worker, I've dealt with numerous services, and this is hands down the worst cancellation experience I've ever had in the ecosystem. It's beyond disappointing.

I canceled because they automatically charged me for another year without any renewal email. Now they want me to pay more for a plan I already paid for. It's absurd! All I wanted was to use the tool until my original subscription expires, without any auto-renewal, and it feels like they're making it unnecessarily complicated. Survey Sparrow seriously needs to step up their game when it comes to customer support and billing policies. This whole experience was a major letdown.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to create and send surveys without any instructions. The surveys are more conversational than a typical answer to the question pattern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options are very limited. The exported reports can only be read online which is also a little drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has purely replaced all manual ways of fetching feedback from customers and employees, We were struggling before doing everything manually and SurveySparrow is a great option to conduct surveys and asses NPS metrics with it's ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us gather feedbacks through various customised questioneres,We can fetch real time reports. It helps us to understand our customers finer needs and improvise our services.

I dont have anything to dislike till now.

It has definately helped to have a improvised cusotmer experience. Quick and easy conversational forms helps save time for us as well as for our customers. Qulity of of business has improved .

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides for SurveySparrow are as follows -

1. The onboarding process regarding SurveySparrow is very efficient. One doesn't requires to spend ridiculous amount of time opening up the accounts. Which helps in retention of the client.

2. Data collection required to create a healthy data dictionary requires heterogenous complex data. What I find best of SurveySparrow is that one can create simpler surveys and stitch them out into the final report.

3. The data analysis in SurveySparrow is top notch and out of league.
It has saved me hundreds of hours for compiling the entire data into the final report. It provides adequate data to present them at a conference or add in the final reports without much editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides for SurveySparrow are as follows -

1. The one downside which makes it difficult for small enterprises to obtain it and play with data is its highly pricey plans. Although it has various features but still seems not so value for money in comparison with other survey platforms

2. The learning graph of SurveySparrow is really high. I had to go through various tutorials and articles to learn the thing, which eventually creates a hassle for a beginner. This impacts the retention of the new customers.

3. Another thing which I think can be improved is that they should allow to export the reports into pdf form in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We at our organisation use SurveySparrow to see the market sentiment and getting feedback from our customers. We check the engagements of our products pre launch and take the feedback and export it into our final annual reports to hand it over to our engineers to improve on the products. We lately used it among our team internally to get them answer few critical office culture issues anonymously. Overall its a quite good feature packed offering with only its price being the real disadvantage.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The signup process for SurveySparrow was really smooth and seamless. I was able to open an account very fast and easily, thus saving my precious time. The dashboard and user interface were really clean.

2. Mostly we require complex survey forms for various data collection and analysis, this is a very time-consuming process. Due to this, we need a perfect platform that may convert
complex surveys into simple ones. By using SureveySparrow I have produced simple but
meaningful outputs, and easily understandable graphics representations.

3. Data collection is worthless if it is not analysed and the outcome is not understandable to the team. The export feature of SurveySparrow, helps me to export the survey data into an Excel sheet and I can easily customize the output and present it to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Even though it is a great platform and I use it for various data analysis work, the pricing of this platform is on the higher side compared to other platforms available for the same type of work. So the price can be slightly reduced.

2. Though the user interface is seamless and smooth, it is difficult for a new user to adapt. The users may require some technical knowledge or a short guide, in the beginning, to adapt to the platform and use it professionally with full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprises like ours that are in the field of IT services and content distribution are required to gather survey data and analyse the feedback, engagement and a lot more from within and outside the enterprise. SurveySparrow is a great survey platform for interactive survey collection and export. It has helped me to conduct questionnaires and surveys for employee engagement and customer feedback for the type of improvement we can have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of building surveys and the variety of question types answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviewing reports about surveys submitted is not as user-friendly as building the survey. It feels like it takes a few too many clicks to get to what I am trying to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering information from a large number of people and avoiding sending individual emails to get this information.
