The Only Survey Provider You'll Need
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. The templates available make the surveys professional, engaging and provides confidence for the survey takers. What I appreciate is that all the survey data are aggregated for me so I can use those make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about SuverySparrow..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allows me to grab meaningful data from my clients so I can have a pulse for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
That it looked professional and fun.....
What do you dislike about the product?
That I couldn't personalize it even more (use my photos instead of stock photos) and change the color themes easily. Also the pricing is very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great way to get a testimonial from my clients that had a bit more of a conversational aspect and less of a question answer sound.

Recurring Surveys is the best thing. I also like the customizability of the surveys.

Nothing to dislike. Although I faced some issues during the start, but the customer support was excellent.

Ease of use and how simple it is to customize surveys. Integrations to CRMs is always a plus!

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how the platform had easy-to-answer buttons and questions were simple to set up and execute. The users found it easy to use on their end too.

I feel like the back end analysis wasn't quite as smooth as other platforms. I had to do a lot by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we are able to automate each survey and customize them to ask what we need. The intigrations are smooth and anytime we have needed help on something, customer support has been there to help us right away.

I have enjoyed everything about SurverySparrow at this point.

We are getting client feedback without having to reachout ourselves and it makes our onboarding process very simple/

Great multi-use tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are are a lot of customization options with Survey Sparrow. We started using it soley for the Reputation Management tools, but quickly learn that the customizations are useful across of of our domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the jump in pricing to use options that are only available on the Enterprise plan. Specifically, the url whitelabeling feature and Salesforce integrations.

SurveySparrow allows us to easily engage and monitor our customer sentiment.
