Great for any product team looking to get NPS scores and customer feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of different tools but I really like this one due to easy follow up with specific customers, UI to capture analytics, feedback, and integrations with apps we already use like hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of features that takes getting used to such as sending automated follow up to specific NPS score customers and the UI. Love to see future iterations to sync direclty to CRM versus building a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abiliy to get quarterly feedback from customers and follow up with email. Love the level of customization and question types - we may start using these internally for things during retrospective and internal morale monitoring. The UI makes it easy to analyze the data/analytics we get from survey.

What do you like best about the product?
The survey solution is clean and modern. It is easy to use. Onboarding was very easy, and we felt taken care of during the initial meeting to the signature period.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more robust, with more capabilities and intra-survey and inter-survey comparisons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal employee satisfaction surveys, external CSAT and CX scores.

What do you like best about the product?
A solid platform you can entrust with complex platforms, both for our own needs but also for projects developed for clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. Waitging for a more complex FAQ AI sources to be acceptes (PDF, GSheets ao)

Very Easy to Work With

What do you like best about the product?
The team members at SurveySparrow are very easy to work with and quite proactive about reaching out to you when you're just getting started. I really like the ability to integrate surveys and reports directly into my website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very customizable, but some of the features can be a little complex to use when you're just starting. I also wish some of the advanced features were available in the lower-priced packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow is helping us to conduct a survey for a fundraiser that we are conducting and it has been very helpful in collecting all of the information we need in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very responsive and always available to provide personal assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is designed specifically for marketing research, and it has limitations when collecting data/surveys for social science research purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing services to clients in low and middle-income countries, as the similar products offered by Qualtrics and Survey Monkey cost too much.

Easiest and most cost-effective surveying solution

What do you like best about the product?
I was originally looking for a new tool to replace SurveyMonkey. We only use this tool twice a year for our NPS score and wanted to invest in a technology that has better integrations than SM. SurveySparrow covered all of our requirements an was extremely easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. We are happy with SurveySparrow and have not seen any issues with functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to integrate our survey responses into our existing tech stack. The survey tool was easy to customize, easy to update, and easy to collect data for analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to create the NPS survey. I am able to send it to customers via text, e-mail, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any problems or dislikes so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to sen NPS surveys to customers. It also calculates the NPS score and provides reports for the results.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SurveySparrow is able to update customer profiles based on their answers so that we are able to collect first party data about our users. Most other survey platforms don't have that ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a technical issue with the Mailchimp integration that it would unsubscribe users when they answered the question. I spoke with Mailchimp and it was a simple fix but it took over a month to have the product team help us. This was a big issue as it did not allow us to use the product so it should have been a large priority. I had to follow up for multiple weeks requesting an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to collect first-party data about our subscribers by taking the survey and SurveySparrow then updates their account with that information. This is very valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow proved to be a helpful tool for gathering feedback from customers. It was lightweight and easy to setup and allowed for more functionality than other tools that cost more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with other tools such as Zoom would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps with calculating customer engagement and satisfaction without leaving responses to chance. We have received helpful insights as a result of using the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
That is easy to integrate to a mobile app and the experience looks like almost native. Easy to customize the questions and the results are presentend in a beautiful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I loved the product and i keep using it in every app I managed as a Product person.
