What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things I like about SurveySparrow. I used it as I was conducting my undergraduate research directed to airport passengers and locally stranded individuals due to COVID-19. I like SurveySparrow's accessibility and interactive interface because it's better than traditional and static form/survey sites. The survey site can easily be tweaked to your liking or preference, and offers a variety of styles. I am glad I found SurveySparrow, and I look forward to its success as a leading survey site because it will really help in research. Another thing I like about SurveySparrow is that it keeps track of the time and how many respondents are answering simultaneously. It also saves the answers of the respondents if ever they lose access to my survey. For example, when they lose their Internet connection, they can easily go back to the form and pick up from which question they last answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data went missing when I linked the form to spreadsheets. SurveySparrow has this feature of turning the data into a pie chart so as to summarize the results for a question; however, I could not separate the incomplete responses from the complete responses. Therefore, SurveySparrow shows the questions with the incomplete responses as well. There is no option to remove it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoyed my free trial. I was able to survey 250+ respondents, and I was able to get a lot of data more efficiently than I would have with other sites.

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness of the team understand and support our needs and challenges, especially in reference to the delays caused with COVID pandemic, was most helpful for us as we are a large volunteering organisation working with volunteers, managing a complex research project across South East Asia on a tight budget and timescales. Also we found the system easy to use, navigate, and stable from a technical perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any system evolution is part of growth, and we believe of Survey Sparrow can make the reports more easily customisable (for example by allowing the user to change the looks or fonts or spacing of diagrams) or exportable in Microsoft Word then that would be absolutely fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are advancing the coaching profession by creating greater engagement in the community, understanding our market better and helping the entire coaching community worldwide be more responsive to our audience.

Innovative Product

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has been an innovative product allowing us to complete surveys that can be traditional in nature as well as using a conversation style of survey. The conversational style really makes it feel personalized for the respondent. We can use a variety of design layouts which helps us completely customize the visual for a respondent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to take quick polls for various reasons in our business. Using the conversational style of survey really makes it enjoyable to complete. Respondents have fun taking the survey while we get to collect the data we need to help make decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Survey Sparrow is a good tool. There have been many to enter the market since I purchased Survey Sparrow and are really chock full of features. It seems like Survey Sparrow was one of the first to enter and continues to evolve in its capabilities and features.

Good product but auto-renewal is a scam

What do you like best about the product?
The product did what was promised and met our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-renewal for subscriptions is a scam. I don't understand why businesses do this kind of thing because it destroys their reputations and reduces the chances of returning patronage. I sucked it up when it first happened in May 2020 on the caveat emptor principle, but I'd asked for the auto-renewal to be cancelled before it fell due again in November. I was promised this would happen by the end of August but it's still there, so now I have the hassle of asking my bank to block the transaction from this end or get shaken down for £600.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It met our expectations for a public consultation survey.

Feature set is robust but not as fully fleshed out as more enterprise oriented alternatives

It's a super user friendly platform, you can easily create surveys that look professional with a range of options and questions.

I'd like another option to review the data in different segments and maybe some data analysis tool?
