What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow's dashboard makes it super easy to share my surveys across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish customization was a bit more intuitive. Once I mastered the learning curve, though, it was fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the platform to survey my readers. I ask them what they want, when they want it, and how they want it delivered.

Would like more templates. Makes it more easier.

Internal employee feedback for now. Will reach out to customers for NPS soon after we reach a critical mass.
Great tool for surveys

The interface was intuitive, and seemed more powerful than survey monkey or using a google form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was slightly confused by the interface, but quickly got the hang of it once I created my first survey.

I was looking to get insights from development shops and developers about their experiencing hiring, and this tool helped me quite a bit!

The flexibility in Survey Sparrow allows you to get creative in your approach to surveys, wether it be the manner in which you interact, the reach out media, or the ability to white-label design.

Where the UI is more or less straightforward and user friendly. However, there are some gaps where certain features could be made more obvious as to how to use them.
Ideally, the reporting tools in analysing results could also be more comprehensive and complex.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey sparrow allows me to easily survey our various clients, without going through massive account set up processes. All the while, I am able to match the brand and tone of our customers, while easily reiterating on different initiatives.

Pricing compared to others in the marketplace. Could be ever so slightly more competitively priced.

I really enjoy the survey design. It's intuitive, friendly for the end user and for the researcher and truly value the excellent customer service team. Always helpful, to the point and insightful. Also, the cheaper option for a small business and great value for money
