Nice and interactive survey system.

What do you like best about the product?
We are presented with a system that is extremely simple and useful for each of its tools: the SurveySparrow system, it is a survey system that specifically allows me to create different types of interactive formats so that users are pleased to be able to answer them and in this way of us to receive through SurveySparrow analysis all these answers that will help to find solutions to problems within the company.
SurveySparrow is a service to improve certain areas and offer users offers, coupons or some type of sale so we can be happy that our users are giving their opinions and feeling important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It operates incredibly and I have no specific problem, however if you compare the SurveySparrow system and compare the system with other survey systems we can say that the characteristics are going to be totally different at certain points the system lacks what others already They have, for example, texts, typefaces, colors, and types of different formats to form a survey. Feeling bored is for this reason that changes are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any survey system provides solutions to companies SurveySparrow has been a viable solution for us to be able to find answers to problems in specific areas within our company, and with the help of the response, our clients are free to offer their opinions To be heard by us, it is for this reason that SurveySparrow is an intermediary to offer the surveys and in turn receive them and show us their analysis according to the responses received, there are no good or negative responses since all the clients are different and it is the beauty of receiving answers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend it because it is simple just a small registration and you can immediately enter to create your own survey, they are attractive and worth your service it can improve like all software but so far it has been nice, I recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick chat support from the team & response to the issue raised
What do you dislike about the product?
I had faced an security related issue where the link was use for malicious activity like grabbing the password. I highlighted the issue & customer support took the site down quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Haven'y used majorly but look at the support & assistance I'm sure its a good tool to get the valid information via surveys.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the question options available. I like the researcher-friendly interface - so easy to build a survey. And I love the rating scales with images (e.g. faces or star ratings)
What do you dislike about the product?
I asked for a voice note type of question...they said they would try ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexible options - makes sense for a boutique agency to use.
Modern interface - easy for participants to use and interact with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great free trial which they extended for me twice. Its a delight to use.

When I share the survey on a web page, it takes a bit on loading!
The data collected is not well structured (columns name, closed answers coding...)
There are some questions type limitation when using chatbots instead of classic surveys

We are automating surveys for customers.
We are collecting data in real-time from our website.
Chatbots are a way of garnering insights without using traditional surveys or focus groups
providing detailed information in real-time to help in analyzing, reporting, and taking the necessary action

I highly recommend SurveySparrow to anyone who wants to power up his experience management. It incorporates many excellent features (Surveys, automation, insights...).

None as of now. The logic building part is yet rudimentary. A visual flow diagram can come in handy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is fully customizable and the mobile option that responds like a text is great! there is also a lot of help features with usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, every platform has cons but this survey one is just figuring things out initially but doesn't take long to adapt to where everything is. It's straightforward after a while
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating in-house surveys and getting results we can trust. Benefits are ensuring that we have good metrics that decisions can be made from. And it being mobile driven helps to collect feedback faster

Go ahead! Its easy and very mobile friendly with a beautiful interface

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, free sign up with all use case scenarios allowed and the API is great. Also, allows for monthly rates.
Tons of extra features as opposed to SurveyMonkey
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, it works really well and does exactly what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need people to fill out a survey to provide us some data.
Vote on items, easy to use and easy to work with.
