What do you like best about the product?
Both the back end and frontend are very well designed. It just feels really fresh. This seems like the way surveys should work today. It is very focused on mobile and engages people to stay in the survey and complete it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be careful about it going into junk boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get to know our clients and ourselves better. It is truly a benefit to our compnay culture, productivity and countless other insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This the coolest, easiest-to-use survey software ever.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of questioning tools, easy to edit and make any changes and keep the respondent in focus. The outputs and dashboard are great support to manage the client and field well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more newer digital tracking and analytics advanced tools, pricing and option for social projects with more options

Get all type of information in one go irrespective of whether category or interval scales

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow allows us to make aesthetically appealing charts, graphs and forms and overall makes data collection for different purposes quite useful. While it did not help me with the task at hand it is certainly one of the best websites out there for people who're using simpler questionnaires and data collection methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to have a two part question for my survey with one statement followed by two questions about it each with a 5 point rating scale. Unfortunately though, I found it very difficult to add those questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am collecting data for my research paper. It is user friendly and the different layouts are quite appealing to the eye.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of navigation, design, launch, etc. Overall, very well-designed site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes participants end up not completing the survey because the inputs are not quite registered. The design might be too "cool", not practical, too distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way to quickly gather input from others. Faster than email chains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out a lot before launching.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is beautiful and simple to use. I tested many services and SurverSparrow is the best out there yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API is not complete enough. They should consider extending the capabilities of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can run surveys after my events and the report is very easy to read and to share. I have gained knowledge about my audience.

Don't hesitate. It is just great. Go ahead and try. I use it every day.

- Reports look good but aren't necessarily super useful depending on questions being asked
