More than a survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SurveySparrow looks spectacular and makes me look good, with the ability to use my branding. And its conversational style is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using SurveySparrow for years and have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SurveySparrow for more than just surveys. I use it as a client onboarding tool - for assessments and information gathering.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the conversational style interface- very engaging for people taking the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there aren't a lot of customization options for the background. Once you pick one look, that's how the whole survey will be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to very easily send out a link to engage people with the survey. One of the benefits is that people don't have to complete the survey in one sitting- they can easily come back to it.
Great options for those who more features than Google Forms
What do you like best about the product?
Creating the form is super simple and you have a plethora of different question types so you can get user input in any manner you can think of. It's also very easy to add conditional logic (the reason I initially picked them for) which is helpful if you have a more complex survey. Finally viewing the results of the survey with survey sparrow was nice because it has pretty robust features for drilling down and graphically showing how people responded. Any more detail and you should just export it and view it in a BI tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial response limit. I understand why they have it in place, so I can't blame them but it is something I wish was increased. So if you are needing to survey more then 100 people, you will need to sign up for a full account and skip the trial. Likely worth it though

Surveying large groups of people to get input from others. Helped shape my product design as I could get feedback from a large group of people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test it out. The free trial means you have no reason not to. Just beware it is limited to 100 responses

Sid provided excellent customer service while I was learning the program. He responded quickly and was always happy to answer my questions:)

I'm not very computer savy and encountered a few challenges while trying to set up my survey logic.

Survey Sparrow provides excellent customer service and was always happy to help when I needed it:)

What do you like best about the product?
The conversational UI makes it even easier for teams to get feedback or answers to their questions. It is very easy to use and gives an interactive feel to collect data.

Survey Sparrow is the perfect survey tool for the marketing, customer service and all other teams as it provides the most straightforward interface I have come across makes lives easier.
The best surveying tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow lets me create highly engaging surveys. By applying logical conditions and formatting, I've been able to design beautiful surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing about the platform to dislike. Whenever I've had any hiccups, they had solved it pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I conducted a post event survey when a requirement came up and to my surprise, the response rate I received was tremendous.
Good UI/UX with impressive features - it gets the job done

I like the feature of being able to switch between the conversational surveys and traditional surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website embed feature needs work. I can't use the survey on marketing landing pages because it doesn't redirect properly to the next page. Using the platform with its full capabilities takes a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing agency, we use SurveySparrow to do market research for ourselves and for our clients. We also use surveys to increase user engagement time on landing pages. We have successfully increased our engagement time from avg. 30 sec to an avg. of 60 sec. Noticeably, we made a switch from Typeform to SurveySparrow due to Ganesh Shiv, a representative of SurveySparrow who reached out to us after seeing our significant reliability on surveys as a marketing agency.

Good tool, very handy for advertising and marketing research.

The platform lets you draft engaging surveys at ease. Even a layman would it easy to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. They have almost all the basic features.

Engaging Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow lets me create highly engaging surveys. The surveys can also be taken from mobile phones - this has resulted in more responses than ever. The logical and conditional formatting of the questions is super easy to use and has benefited me in a lot of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was an option to add a timer while conducting the surveys, it would be very useful. Other than that, there’s nothing to dislike about the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The response rate has been very high. The conversation-like surveys have been performing excellent all the while. Customer support has been excellent as well.
