Functionality and look is great. and ease of use very good

Certain extra features missing such as ability to save an e-mail template for sharing the survey

I am doing a market survey among my target market to get scoring to standardised questions

I find it a easy-to-use but robust system that gives more than enough functionality for a professional-looking on-line survey

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has an amazing UI and allows you to set up your customer experience journey in a very intuitive manner. Understanding the customer experience using a conversational UI is a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing so far. The vision and roadmap of SurveySparrow are mind-boggling and customer-centric. Definitely a step ahead than their competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer experience - CSAT & NPS. Mapping the entire CX is key to delivering better results. And the buck does not stop there. You can segment your user's for more actionable outputs and deliver exceptional service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it and a step in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup a form based or conversational survey. Its easy to get chat or phone support. Nice reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have integrations into reward systems so we can automate the incentive fulfillment process for those that complete the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to obtain product feedback and collect market research.

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly sales onboarding process and quality customer support, thanks to Shihab, Evita & Hanan. I've been using other forms and I will be migrating all my forms to SurveySparrow! This is also my 1st review on G2 and that would explain how quality their customer support is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI UX can be better. I believe that the team is working on it, and we will keep providing our feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was comparing many software and looking for a white-labeling feature. SurveySparrow gave us the solution we are looking for - Able to present the form professionally in front of our corporate clients.

If you are looking for value, SurveySparrow is a must to try.

Advanced, intuitive tool with amazing customer service

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has advanced question types and features (ranking, piping feature) with an intuitive UX.
The chat function with the account management team is extremely helpful, fast and productive. They even fixed a bug that I reported in no time.
The end user can navigate the survey easily using only the keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently one can only display one question per page. It makes most surveys look neat and easy, however for some use cases it is not suitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created a really nice looking survey that people enjoy filling in. This is especially important in a field that usually has really unpleasant survey experiences. This way we got more people to reply.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very effective to carry out adequate strategies to carry out marketing in a correct way, evaluating and conducting market studies in an appropriate way, I love that it helps you to evaluate and analyze internal processes that are carried out in an effective way. in the work team.

His learning curve for me was a bit confusing to understand and manage, but I consider that it depends on each person, it is the only complexity that I have had using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
This company is highly professional, quick in responding to doubts or any answer, and they really care about customer. The human side is like the basis for their business. Moreover, the quality of the survey one can realize is very high. I am not used to make surveys, but if I should do it again in the future, I would be with them again 100%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Nothing. All great. No negative sides to mention :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing a quick research that will help my sector and colleagues to forecast the future of our jobs, especially now that the world is living and "evolving" due to Covid-19 emergency. The survey with SurveySparrow are dynamic, functional and versatile.

What do you like best about the product?
most surveys feel cold, the way this exists as a chat changes everything. while 100% is never possible, this has definitely helped with survey completion and review completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that my current website provider doesn't make it easy for me to put third-party code so I have to work around it. That's not their problem that's mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed some feedback and responses that were natural and non-intrusive.. This is helped.
