Ease of use to create questionnaires makes getting valuable feedback a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan is basic but the premium plans start at $19 which is affordable for what you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to survey clients and get insights specifically on how to improve my website user experience to increase my conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
I had faced an issue, and customer support was quick to resolve it. And I love the pricing as well, because I was looking at their competitor who was providing the same service and feel at twice the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I disliked was the fact that there is no feasible Freemium model. I understand that it can't be free to a large extent, but I would appreciated more for the free tier.

We use SurveySparrow to run lead gen campaigns.

Much cheaper price than the competitors.

2) Drop-and-drag elements for ordering and re-ordering.

What do you dislike about the product?
When duplicating surveys, it can be helpful to have time-sensitive questions highlighted to make sure these key fields are updated correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization regularly survey constituents, whether students, alumni, or donors. We have tried a number of surveying platforms over the years with varying degrees of success. SurveySparrow has provided the best interface for our constituents. Each department manages its own surveys. These can be stored in individual folders within SurveySparrow. Surveys can easily be duplicated for re-use without losing prior information. User interaction with SurveySparrow surveys is clean. I really like that all the questions aren't presented at one time, but that questions appear as respondents move through the survey. There are a variety of question formats, from radio tab to multiple-choice, short-answer, and email/phone. SurveySparrow has become our go-to for gathering feedback on a wide range of topics as we engage with constituents and their interests.

Basically my services are based on Mobile phones and I didn't find any other product that satisfies my expectations. Also the affordable pricing is one of the best thing.

Seriously, there is nothing I personally found to dislike anything fir SurveySparrow.

Our basic dealing was related to Market Research to target the right audience and SurveySparrow undoubtedly works well in collecting the surveys.

Easy and Simple User Interface with Clear Box Fields and Great Designing
What do you like best about the product?
- SurveySparrow is an alternative and I'm glad it is because it is a great product with excellent workflow. I like the big buttons. - Intuitive. Not wasting time looking here and there. Users can move faster with focused attention. I like the big display features when the user enters the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Surveysparrow - it is what many users use because it is really top-speed and step-by-step it guides users from 1 step to another and you can move back and forth easily with it. SurveySparrow is an alternative and I'm glad it is because it is a great product with excellent workflow. Expensive it is - that's the drawback of SurveySparrow and you guys need to make it easier for consultants like me to get more leg space and opportunity to scale at a much lower price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I also extensively actually use paperform.co. I'll be using SurveySparrow extensively on richdollarleads.com to test in comparison to SurveyMonkey and paperform.co. I'm trying to create survey funnels and job interview questions with SurveySparrow. And I think I like that it's really quite super fast. Well worth the money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like the UI - the big buttons and stuff that is very delightful and engaging. Moves faster. It could be more smooth in workflows than SurveyMonkey.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is amazing. When I bought it, I didnt know how much I'd find it useful. It does what I bought it for and has only improved. Nothing in the core functionality is broken. It gets the job done and has a nice minimal layout. SurveySparrow is regularly updated with requested features and bug fixes. The team is always working on it while engaging with users to know what we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope the mobile app gets better. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad there is an app, but I think they can make it better like do entire reviews on it regardless of plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer and user feedback for several clients of different types. The system is great enough that it is very intuitive and needs minimal explanation, regardless of industry or background.
A quick and simple program to make surveys for all circumstances.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make a whole survey ready to go from one of the ready made templates. This can save a lot of time if the template survey is quite close to the type of information you are trying to glean. You can then just make slight changes and its done.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see a few more templates aimed at the UK and for smaller businesses who dont need the level of detail in some of the templates. I would have liked to see a few more templates aimed at my particular industry or a marketplace where you could download from other users.

We were using to collect feedback on our support services and also for some new websites we are working on to make sure they fit the brief.

Give the free trial a good run through and then ask for an extension if required.

The way they have designed survey. Giving you an insight and a whole picture about your customer along with this give you an option to share your response online n get a proper insight and more audience . You can get reports you can custom design your surveys
